Chapter 21

Anna's POV

I am not feeling good and I don't know what happened near cliff after we left.

Dad didn't talk to me after that and I knew I would get a punishment to break rules.

Damien and Edward were sleeping on the couches in our room.

I silently got ready while Julia was still sleeping on the bed and I sit near the window in our room.

Well I hear a knock on the door.

Before I would reply, Nix and Wes enter into my room while Ethan, Johanna are following them.

Julia also got up and start rubbing her eyes. Johanna went near her and pull her on his lap.

Damien and Edward also wake up and looking towards Nix and Wes.

I knew they all were worried about yesterday incident.

Again, we hear the knock on the door. Ruby and Zoe came in.

They told there is a meeting and Alpha want us all to be there.

We all nodded and start moving downstairs to join the meeting.

I have a strong feeling that today everything is going in big mess and I don't want something happened to Julia and my family.

Alistair's POV

I'm really worried about Anna. I don't know why. She is not my mate still I have some feeling for her and I didn't tell anybody about it.

I don't know about my wolf Ryder also want to protect her from any danger. She is so innocent.

Dad called a meeting and we all are right now we all are gathered in my grandpa house patio.

I saw Anna came with her brothers and take seat after Alpha Dylan. She was looking disturb.

I can't understand why dad didn't notice that in our pack also everyone like her and become protective towards her.

Last month we had a barbeque in packs and there I notice our most pack members and specially pups are feeling more comfortable around her and the elders also like her company.

She has an innocent and pure aura which attracts everyone towards her. And she is also kind hearted. She is not like other she-wolves whom I met.

**Flash back**

I was busy in preparation and everyone was enjoying in Union the place where we organized barbeque or and pack ceremony.

I saw Anna was sitting on the grass, Johanna and Julia were sitting beside her, enclose by a circle of young wolves, about the age of four till ten.

Her brothers also helping pack members with the preparation.

She had a little girl sitting in her lap, and was using her skilled fingers to braid her hair, and she occasionally picks flowers and weaving them in from the basket next to her.

I then saw all the girls had their hair done in a simple yet elegant way.

She had a smile on her face and was constantly laughing while Johanna was talking endlessly.

I smiled at her neutral and peaceful state.

I could practically see the aura of innocence and pure peace around her, luring everyone in, embedding it into their souls.

Since that day my wolf Ryder also become protective towards her.

**Flash back ended**

I was thinking all these when my best friend Daniel nagged me and ask me to come back to earth while Jacob was looking towards me with amaze eyes.

It is happening more with more that I zone out. And always think about two people my beautiful mate and Anna.

It is really strange that I think about Anna.

My dad greeted everyone and start the meeting.

I can sense that everyone is tense there.

What is going to happen at that meeting?

Will Alpha Vincent or Alpha Dylan lose their control?

What will happen to Julia and Anna?
