{ On the way to VidCon, second day }

I'm currently in the car with Josh, happily resting my head on his shoulder. Today is the day of Shane's meet up, and we were both excited to meet him.

"Hey," I whispered, poking him in the forehead.

"Yo," he whispered back, gently twirling a few strands of my hair around his pointer finger.

"Are you excited?" I asked, a smirk on my face.

"OF COURSE I AM!" he shouted, enthusiasm lacing his voice.

Still with the same volume of voice, he asked "WHAT ABOUT YOU?"

Purposely being louder than him, I shouted back "I'M EVEN MORE EXCITED THAN YOU!!"

"PROVE IT!"

"BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP BEFORE I CRASH THIS CAR!"

The three of us laughed just as Mom pulled into a parking space.

"Okay, so, we have three hours before Shane's meet up," Josh said, holding a map of the convention center. "We should probably head over to wherever our faves are to get some merch."

"But before that," I chimed in, "we should head to the food court. I'm starving, and they have a Subway here. You know how much I love Subway."

"It's nine in the morning."

"So?"

"You shouldn't have a sub at nine in the morning."

"Says the one who ate three tubs of melted cheese for breakfast before!"

"Touché."

With a triumphant grin, I took Josh's hand and quickly made my way to the food court, dragging him along with me. I could hear him sigh as I pulled him with all my might, knowing it would be near impossible to slip away from me now. "I'm paying!" I yelled at him.

"No you're not!" He yelled back.

Squeezing his hand tightly, I gave him a stern stare and stopped.

"I'm paying." I said firmly.

"It's common sense for me to pay, since I'm the man." Josh replied, the same amount of firmness in his voice.

"Fuck common sense, I'm paying because I love you."

"I don't feel like breaking gender roles, and plus I love you more."

"Shut up, you'll never love me as much as I love you."

"I'm paying."

"NO!"

It was agreed that, after about three more minutes of arguing, I wasn't going to give in. Josh let me pay, and the food was awesome. Probably because I paid.

Now we're wandering around aimlessly, taking selfies with random posters or videoing people doing stupid stuff. We also bought merch (which Josh forced me to let him pay for). We even got our phone cases signed by Ricky Dillon, whom we found walking around. We even chatted with him for a moment before continuing our trek throughout the building.

However, now we're on our way to Shane's meet and greet, sprinting due to the fact we're late.

"THIS IS YOUR FAULT!" I shouted as we ran side by side, hand in hand, as fast as possible.
