Chapter 19

Yoo Ri's P.O.V

"Princess Jung, I have extra classes so you go home first, alright?" Hyun Woo said as he tapped my table, waking me from my thoughts.

"Huh?" I blurted out since I just got my senses back.

"You haven't been yourself ever since yesterday when you saw your first love. You're still in love with him, aren't you?" Hyun Woo raised his eyebrow at me and I widened my eyes.

I didn't want him to bring him up. But look at him talking about it.

"N-No I'm not." I justified as I sat up straight on my seat.

"Don't lie to me. That's the first time you ever lied to me and it's quite obvious." He chuckled.

"B-But, if you know that I still have feelings for him, why are you still... dating me?" I softly asked and he giggled at how I seemed like a child talking. That's just how I am. I don't know much.

"That's why I'm giving you a choice again. To date me, or not to date me." he calmly said as he placed his hands in his pocket.

"Why are you so calm?" I furrowed my eyebrows as I asked.

"I just want you to be happy. There's nothing to be nervous or scared about." He cooly replied.

"Aren't you supposed to be... Angry?" I asked and he let a laugh slip from his mouth.

"Not everyone gets angry about this kind of situation. Look, I'm sure you still love your first love. You cried over him, and I've never seen you cry before. If you still love him, then let's pretend we never dated." Hyun Woo said with a genuine smile.

"You're really not mad that someone just got in between both of us?" I softly asked again.

"I'm not. I want the best for you. Ever since yesterday, you seemed to be pale. You just miss your first love, a lot." Hyun Woo stated.

"I'm sorry that I said nothing's in the way..." I apologized, hanging my head low.

"When clearly there was someone in the way. I know. I tried my luck, but it's been 12 hours and I can't bear to see you this unhappy anymore." Hyun Woo said.

"I really don't deserve someone like you." I sighed and he patted my head.

"Don't say that. Now, go home safely." He caringly said.

I sighed at the thought of Jimin as I walked out of my school gate.

There weren't many people, since I came out a little late.

It's the third time I'm going home alone without Hyun Woo. It's kind of scary.

Though, I realised that a black van was slowly trailing me. Stopping and going, stopping and going.

I got a little uncomfortable, thus I quickened my steps.

But soon enough, an arm wrapped around my waist and covered my mouth, preventing me from screaming.

My screams were all muffled as I tried to pry the hand off of me, but this person was too strong.

"Shh." The man shushed as he slowly pulled me backwards.

It sounded like a young man. A teenager.

I tried to bite his fingers, but I couldn't seem to do it.

I kept moving, trying hard to escape, but nothing worked. I kicked my feet up, but it only made it harder for me.

Eventually, the man opened the van and there I saw, 5 boys sitting and watching me with a smile. BTS.
