Yesterday i was cleaning up when i bumped into Lucas's brother. I said I know I'm not allowed to ask questions but whats your name he said his name was Oscar. i said i'm called Taylor. "That's a really nice name" he said.
"Thanks" i said. Then i heard the door open an i scurried across the kitchen and started to clean the worktops. Then i saw Lucas glare at Oscar and shout "what's going on in here. Why are you in here Oscar". "I was just coming inside to use the toilet". "I don't believe you Oscar". "Well its true but don't believe me if you don't want to".
Lucas glared at me then back at Oscar. I couldn't even look at him, i just looked down at the ground because i was so scared of him. When the sun went orange and started to set. I went over to the refrigerator and took a look inside to see what was in there and i found a plate of meat some vegetables and some potatoes. I peeled and chopped potatoes and boiled them. I made mash potatoes. I chopped vegetables, part boiled them then roasted them in the oven. I also slow cooked the meat.
When i plaited it all up and put it all on the table the boys were just coming in and i was wiping down the worktops and washing the dishes that were in the sink, when i heard footsteps crashing against the concrete floor behind me.
When i turned around i felt a sharp pain in the back of my head Lucas grabbed my hair and smacked his lips against mine. Smells delicious Taylor, what is it. Its a roast dinner. i was going to make cookies as well if i had time but i don't.
