Nubu-seventeen lives with dad.he is bahamian and indian.hes more of the over protective brother of the crew.he's super nice and sensitive he just doesn't show it much. (Played by jacob latimore )
Rosey-sixteen lives with her mom and cousin Lisan.She is Dominican and Nigerian .She's the nerdy and straight foward one of the crew.She is really car in but in a blunt way (played by zendaya)
Zanin-sixteen lives with two moms (yes they are lesbian) and his step little sister yani.He is bahamian .He is the sporty but kind one of the crew and loves the hell out of his sister. (Played by Lucas coly)
Yani- fifteen lives with two moms and brother Zanin. She is African American .She's the baby/ outspoken one,when she feels something is wrong she's not afraid to speak on it . (Played by yara shahidi)
Drenen- seventeen lives with mom. He is African American . He is the funny quiet guy but has such a big heart. (Played by Jacquees)
Ms.key- the study hall teacher that helps these young men and women get through high school.
