(Based off a super cute comic I saw, otp!)
-She placed her hot cocoa down next to her on the bedside table, leaning just a bit more into the pillows propping her up. Turing the page she allowed her eyes to flick away from her book, accidentally meeting his eyes.
-He was crouched at the end of the bed. Trying to get her attention by not so subtly waving his arms around. He whined at her when she flicked her eyes back down to the book, wrapping the blanket around her tighter.
-A smirk played at her lips as he crawled forward to her, gently pushing the top of the book down. She met his eyes once again. They stared at each other for a moment before she let out an exasperated sigh. She quickly shoved her bookmark into the book, setting it aside.
-He beamed at her as she opened her arms out in an exaggerated manner, her face an expression of playful annoyance.
-He moved forward once again, crawling between her legs and plopping down on top of her, head resting on her shoulder with a contented sigh. He paused for a moment as she draped her arm over back, before lifting his head up and pecking her on the cheek.
-She giggled and started to pet his hair after wrapping the blanket as best she could over him, too.
-She leaned her head against his and closed her eyes, a soft smile resting at her lips.
