Chapter 6

Siddharth's POV
The doctor clears his voice and says "Shraddha's slowly dying. She has a serious illness she's suffering from and after checking her I've realised she's really weak, I don't think she has much time left." My heart instantly shatters into pieces!

"Doctor isn't there a way I could save her?" I ask. "Well there is but you have to take Shraddha out of town to a specialist, but the treatment will cost a lot of money." I am going to save Shraddha no matter what! "I will arrange the money now doctor." I then get all the details of the specialist from the doctor. I walk into Shraddha's room and find her sleeping, I hold her hand and sob.

Shraddha wakes up 10 minutes later. "Hey you ok?" I ask. "Sid how can I be? I'm dying!" She weeps. "No your not Shraddha, as long as I'm with you nothing can happen to you. I won't let anything happen." I say. Aditya then suddenly rushes into the room. "What did the doctor say baby? Are you ok?" He asks. Shraddha bursts into tears. I then say "Shraddha has an illness that's made her weak, the doctor said she hasn't got much time left."

He then glares at Shraddha. "WHAT! I can't be with someone who is dying. I will move on in life with someone else. Shraddha were over!" He says. I fumed with anger how dare he say that? I grab him by his collar and punch him in the face. "I don't ever wanna see you near Shraddha understand?" He then runs out the hospital. Shraddha continuously cries as I hold her in my arms to comfort her.

The doctor discharges Shraddha and I take her to my house so I could keep an eye on her. Within a day I arrange all the money and tickets to go out of town. "Sid you don't need to do this" Shraddha says. "Well tough, I am ok" I reply back. I then pack all our bags and take Shraddha out of town. "Sid don't mention anything to Alia or Varun I don't want them to worry." She says. I agree with her and nod.

Shraddha's POV
As soon as we get into the city, Siddharth takes me to the hospital. I'm only letting him help me because my aunty is paying for the treatment.
*A few days later*
The treatment is over. Sid has just gone to pick up the results. But since I got discharged Sid is always with me not that I don't like it. It's just that he gets less sleep and doesn't eat properly because of me. Sid walks through the door my heart starts racing. He comes in front of me and holds my hand. "Shraddha........"
