A New Meaning

YOU MY WHAT?

          I enter the dining room. Ally comes up and says "This is my father Joseph and his wife Sarah, this guy is Juan and his father John, John's my father's best friend and everyone this is my best friend Amanda." I just smile and shake their hands. We sit down for dinner and Joseph asks me about my family. I say "I live with my mom Maria and my dad left a long time ago, um let's see we live in a two-bedroom apartment, but most of the time I at stay at Ally's house".

         He looks at me and says"wow so do you remember anything about your dad". I shook my head no and said "All I know is he left his three-year-old daughter and wife for someone else. Also he made my mom go into depression for about four years until my mom met Ally's mom". 

   Joseph looks at John and then he looks back at me. Joseph didn't ask anything else for the rest of dinner. I and Ally head up to her room. Ally shuts the door and says"what was that about during dinner". I say "I don't know but your dad's weird". She lets it go and we get ready for bed. 

   Later in the night, I go wander around because I couldn't sleep. I just kept thinking about my dad and him leaving me and my mom. I walk house to see John on a chair and I say "you couldn't sleep either". He turns around and says"you look so much like your mom". I say" how do you know my mother" and he says" because I'm your father". I look at him and the last thing I see is blackness.

   I woke up in Ally's trucked into the bed and I look around wondering how I got into Ally's room. Now I remember when I got outside I saw John.

         OH NO! Johns my father. I am so going to make him regretted living with me and my mom.
