The story of how I almost died

A/N ok so this is a true event that happened.... I'll just tell the story now

So there was this one time that I went on a cruise with my mom and my boyfriend at the time. I was In a position where I was really depressed and just didn't know what to do. So the first night of the cruise I actually thought about committing suicide by almost jumping off the back part of the boat. I realized that I wasn't the only one who was there when a man had come and saved my life and pulled me away from the edge. Now I wasn't really happy with my boyfriend and I liked this guy better. The next night I invited him to the first class dinner with me, my mom, my boyfriend and other rich people. This was the most awkward part of the cruise. So since I didn't like my boyfriend I decided that I would sneak off to go to a party with the boy who saved my life. So we eventually were walking around the boat and found a car (so we did it). And after a while we heard word from one of the head captain people that we hit an iceberg or something. I was scared because we didn't nearly have enough lifeboats. The boat started sinking so we had to move fast. I got on a lifeboat with my mother, leaving the boy and my boyfriend behind. I knew I couldn't stand being without the boy so I jumped back on the ship. Unfortunately me and the boy couldn't get on a boat in time so we had to sit in the water only to freeze.after about three hours of being there, only ONE lifeboat came back. I tried to wake up the boy but it was no use. I told him "I'll never let go." And let him sink into the dark portal of the sea. I ended up getting on the lifeboat that came back and was one of  six that survived those three brutal hours. Afterwords I changed my name to his last name so I could be married to him. My name is Rose Dawson and that in my story.
