Francis' POV
I sat at a table in the bar with the Americans brother, Matthew. He seemed interested in my accent and kept telling me to speak things in French. I didn't mind of course, it intrigued me how much he wanted to speak to me, "pass me some wine." He told me to speak.
"Passe-moi du vin." I repeated. He laughed lightly, smiling and we looked into each other's eyes for a moment before he looked down at his lap, blushing lightly. There was a small moment of silence and I wondered what he was thinking. Then he looked up at me again.
"Say, these roses are beautiful."
"Ces roses sont belle."
"Say..." he checked me out up and down for a moment then smiled, "say that you think I'm perfect."
"Vous êtes parfaite dans mes yeux, Matthieu." When I said that he smiled widely, "do you know French?" I asked him, he nodded in response and I blush.
"Say, I love you, in French." He told me as he scooted his chair closer to me as we sat at a table. His blonde hair and curl were just adorable and his eyes were sparkling with interest.
"Je t'aime, Matthieu." I answered him as I took a rose from the vase and put it out in front of me to give to him. I waited for his response but all a got was a small smile and him blushing, "Je t'aime beaucoup, Matthieu."
"I love you too..." he answered quietly and he took the rose. He placed it on the table then got up from his chair. I was confused and didn't understand what he was doing. I thought he was going to leave but he walked up to me and looked into my eyes, I looked back into his as he spoke softly, "Francis, je t'aime plus que tout le monde peut expliquer et je veux être le vôtre."
"Then be mine." I replied as I held his hands.
"Say, kiss me my love."
"embrasse moi mon am-." Before I could finish the Canadian kissed me and I kissed back. He moved onto my lap and I held his hips as we continued to kiss. He pulled away and smiled, "...mon amour."
