"P-Please don't hurt me..Please.." I manage to get out and I feel a hand placed on my shoulder and hear footsteps. All of a sudden Touka and Kaneki are at the door and the hand goes away..but why?
~Your POV~
"Y/N!" Kaneki and Touka say in unison as they run towards me. I close my eyes and hug my knees to my chest as they at me concerned.
"I'm fine..." You say, your voice sounding shaky and terrified. You can't shake off the feeling of that hand on my shoulder. Who was it? Was I imagining it? Knowing me, I probably was. I just wish Dad or Mom was here, and I wish I could find my brother..
"I don't think you are.." Touka wraps her arm around my shoulder and let's me lay my head on her shoulder almost as my mom would do when I was upset as a little girl. I'd smile to myself as I open my eyes to look at Kaneki and Touka. They looked so concerned and I felt guilty, maybe I shouldn't be here. How did I even get here in the first place?
"Touka, why was I here? And how do I know you guys? I mean yea, I remember your faces and names and all, but, I don't remember ever meeting you.." I ask confused. Touka sighs and tell Kaneki to go back down to help clean up around the shop.
"Y/N, first of all we found you in a alley lying on the ground unconscious with very few injuries. None were serious, a few cuts here and there, but not that much. To answer your second question, the boss took you in when you were younger, when none of us were here. You were only five around the time and you grew up like we would, except here."
