Psyche, Izaya Orihara's younger brother.
Psyche and Izaya are twins, and older brothers to Mairu and Kururi.

'Psych' is the peacemaker of the two sides, naive, but determined and...the one word to describe him was nice. He is good judge of character and other's intentions. 'Roppi' is darker. He is cold, calculating, the analytical side. He is complicated at times regarding his morals. Both worked together, and over time they two have become completely in tune with each other and teir responses.
The Roppi side comes out in dangerous circumstances, Psych tends to be the day to day personality.
When Psyche gets serious in fight, he uses foldable red and black throwing knives.

Psyche is adequate at parkouring, but his fighting talents lay in knife throwing, agility, and tracking(getting rid of those tracking him, and finding people or things). His ability to hit targets was found when he started using darts, and kept on hitting bullseyes. He can be somewhat of a glass canon as a fighter, because of his reliance on dodging his opponent's attacks. He managed to fight off the sickness he had as a child, and stays fit and active to make sure it doesn't come back.
Psyche views other people as interesting, he considers everyone as an equal to some degree. Which leads him to odds with Izaya, who loves humanity, and views himself as superior.
He isn't considered psychotic, cruel, or uncaring by those who know him. But he has been merciless to a point that even Izaya was shocked by.
Izaya and Psyche consider each other equals in most every regard.
The few times they've had to team up, they've utterly crushed their opposition.
This is what happened the one time when a friend of Psyche's was kidnapped. Psyche tracked down the leads, and when found, Izaya interrogated and...collected the information. The twins then found out where Psyche's friend was being kept, and proceeded to knock out the idiots who took him. They managed to get the nick name, 'Demon twins,' from the surviving members.
