Expecting And Birth (Part eight)

Welp,here we go

Romano's P.O.V

It's been over a month since I found out I was pregnant.
According to Spain,it looks like I've swallowed a football or something cause my belly is all big and round."So,I called the doctor and she said that the baby will be due any day,hour,or minute now."Spain said to me with a smile,"No,really?"I replied with a sarcastic tone,"Yes,really."he said back with a smirk."Well,Feli dropped off some baby clothes while you where sleeping."He happily said and I nodded,"Okay,good to know I guess"I said and he lightly rubbed my stomach and kissed me.When he pulled away I rested my head on his shoulder and shut my eyes because I was tired.Toni then picked me up and carried me to bed and I fell asleep,clinging onto him.

Spain's P.O.V

Lovi fell asleep and he wouldn't let go of me so I laid down next to him.
I brought him to my chest,being careful of his stomach,and stroked his hair,"Any day or hour now..."I sighed."Just think,soon we'll have a child of our own..."I whispered and kissed his cheek,still stroking his hair.I watched Lovi for a while,waiting for him to wake up and he started sweating and panting after fifteen minutes and I started to panic."Lovi,Lovi,wake up!Wake up,come on!"I said,sat him up and shook him gently.He woke up and groaned,still panting,"I think the baby wants out."Lovino panted,"Wait,WHAT?"I yelled and quickly picked him up,ran downstairs,ran out the door,got into the car (putting him in the back) and drove to the hospital as fast as I could.When we got there he was rushed to the emergency room (or whatever) and I followed,staying by his side.The nurses set him up in a room and I was holding his hand the hole time,telling him it was gonna be okay.The doctor soon came and after about half an hour,Romano had pushed out a baby girl."Well,here's one.The other will be arriving any minute."The doctor said and we both stared at her,"WHAT?"we shouted in union,"What?Did you not know it was twins?"she asked and both of our jaws dropped.All of a sudden,Lovi let out a groan as the baby's twin started to be delivered.

Romano's P.O.V

Another half and hour passed and I was holding my children in my arms.
Spain was sobbing next to me,saying things like"You've done a great job"and"They're just a beautiful as you".We decided to go with the names that we decided,(girl)Anahi and (boy)Angelo,because it was a boy and girl.After a couple of things that we had to go through (that I'm not mentioning) we went home with our newborn twins.

Spain's P.O.V

I drove us all home.
When we got inside,my eyes where tear stained,I was carrying Anahi and Angelo.I told Roma to go get some rest so he did,and I was left alone with the children.I wrapped them both in a blanket and carefully put them on the sofa while I went to set up the cribs.(We had two because we didn't know if it was gonna be a girl or boy.Therefor,we had one green crib and one red crib.)I went into Lovino's old bedroom and sorted out the cribs,putting a small,fluffy blanket in each one and promoted the pillows up slightly.I went back downstairs and carefully picked up my kids,walking back upstairs and placing Anahi in the red crib and Angelo in the green,covering them both with the blanket.I walked downstairs one more time and fell asleep on the couch.
