"She didn't!" Jenny cried out, "Why would Hae Seong kill herself, huh?"

"Seo Young, shut the hell up. Your words are burdensome to Jenny. It's Hae Seong's burial, show some respect!" said Hyeri.

Byul and I both looked at them.

"You asked why would she kill herself? Well maybe because she had enough bullshit of this school and of her so-called 'friends'." Furious was drawn all over Hyeri's face as Seo Young said that before she stormed out of the gym.

"Oh, so they are your friends now." Byul mockingly whispered to me. I just glared at him.

I already got out from the gymnasium but then he's here following me.

"Yes, and what is it to you, huh? And can you stop following me around?"

"I'm not following you." He said. I turned to him to see his emotionless face.

"What?"

"I said I'm not following you, I'm going to the cafeteria." He turned his head to where the cafeteria is.

Oh shit.

"Oh... Okay. I guess I'm gonna go the other way 'round." I smiled awkwardly. I step back but then he grabbed me in the arm. This guy right here really likes grabbing arm, huh?

"Being friends with those girls won't bring any good to you." His face was dark when he said those words. And before I could utter a word, he already walked away heading his way to the cafeteria.

I covered myself in the blanket. It's Sunday, and that means that we don't have any classes today so... I'm planning to visit my mom.

"We are going to the mall today, you wanna come with us?" Hyeri sat on the edge of my bed and smiled widely as she asked me.

"You should come!" Mi Na happily said while putting some foundation on her face.

I uncovered my body from the blanket and sat down also. "I'm so sorry girls, I can't be with you today. I have to go visit my mom."

"Aww." Hyeri pouted.

"Hey, girls! Ready? Taehyung is also waiting outside." All of us startled. Jin-Guk just peeped his head on the door.

"God, Jin-Guk! You scared the hell outta us." Mi Na rolled her eyes.

Jin-Guk entered the room and closed the door by kicking it with his feet.

"I'm sorry babe." He came to Mi Na and hugged her but Mi Na dodged herself from Jin-Guk's arm.

"Tsk. Not here, Jin-Guk." Mi Na and Hyeri both rolled their eyes.

"Hey! No boys allowed!" All of us looked at Seo Young and at her grumpy expression.

"Oh, shut-" Mina immediately covered Jin-Guk's mouth. "Why would that girl just shut up?" Jin-Guk whispered.

"Just ignore her." said Mina. "By the way, is Jenny coming with us?"

"No." Hyeri smirked. "As if."

Mi Na sighed. "But why? It's good for us to have fun at times like this. To avoid stress."

"Stress? You call your shopping and going to the mall a way of relieving stress because one of your friend died? You have time for relieving stress when this time you should still be mourning for her death. It's not even a week." Seo Young said while scanning her books on top of her bed.

"Will you just shut up?!" Hyeri faced Seo Young. "Jenny is not coming with us because she is still mourning for Hae Seong. Well, we are not like Jenny, Seo Young. We won't go psycho just because one of our friend died. Ugh! I don't know why I'm still explaining things to you! Come on guys."

The three of them stormed out of the room and I was left dumbfounded.

"Did Jin-Guk just said 'babe' to Mi Na?" I asked.

"Isn't it obvious? They are together, you idiot." Seo Young rolled her eyes on me and turned to the other side of her bed.

"My Ri An!" Mom excitedly hugged me the moment she opened the door for me.

"Mom." I hugged her tight too. "How are you mom? Here, I bought some peaches for you."

I went to the kitchen to place the peaches on the tabletop.

I saw my mom's face frown. "What mom?"

"You know I don't eat peaches. I'm allergic to them." Her eyebrows shot up.

What..

I'm so stunned to what my mom said! She doesn't eat peaches! How come I totally forgot about that? And how come I remembered mom when I saw these peaches on the market? That's why I immediately bought this fruit.

"Oh my god." I covered my mouth and hugged my mom again. "I'm sorry mom, I forgot about that! I thought you like them."

My mom brushed my hair with her hands and hugged me tight too. "It's okay Ri An. Oh, I forgot. I have something to tell you."

I let go of my mom's arms. "What is it mom?"

"I know you just came home from school, tired, and it is not the good time for giving you bad news." Mom bit her lips.

"Bad news? What is it?"

"Eunha's mom is having a psychosis treatment."

"Oh. But, what happened to her?"

"I don't know, honey. But probably it has something to do with her daughter's death. She's been so depressed lately. Poor Miran, we should visit her immediately Ri An.

My chest hurt. As if my heart sank a million times when I heard the news from my mom. I badly want to visit Mrs. Shin right now. It makes me want to see her, see if she's okay.

"Can we go visit her now, mom? Which hospital?" I asked.

Mom shook her head. "She's having her treatment in her home. You can bring there the peaches you bought for me, Ri An. Peaches are Miran's favorite." My mom said to me as she walks in her room to get her pouch.
