i sat under a tree, eating my lunch, alone. then i saw 5 girls comeing in my direction.everybody and i do mean everybody was staring at them, that meant they were somebodys friom this school. not good. i prepared myself for the insults that were sure to follow.
"hey um... im sorry for the part we played in this morning, it was wrong to accuse you of someone you werent."
now that was unexpected. and it felt nice, haveing someone apologize about how they treated you. knowbody ever apologized to me bofre, and now these 5 beautiful girls were.
"oh its ok its totally fine , i understand."
i beamed up at them and they smiled at me.
"hey would you like to come sit with us? knowbody deserves to be sitting alone on the first day of school, its bad for your image."
''sure, why not?''
i got up off the floor, dusted my pants off and started walking with them. and you will never guess were we were going..........the popular table. their were cheerleaders,jocks,drop dead beautiful people and couples sitting there, all very happy. i sat down and smiled at everyone, and my smile was returned! they all apologized for this morning and were very nice to me, and i got plans for the entire week! maybe this will be a good year i thought as i chewed my sandwhich.
