Unfair love (Wonho x Reader)

You woke up facing the wall.

Your back and neck ached from the position you were sleeping in.

Your foot was all healed up and you were ready to go back to work.

You made yourself some breakfast.

On your way out you bumped into someone.
You already knew who it was.
"Sorry Wonho." You apologized and left.

He grabbed your wrist. "Please leave me alone, I can't be late."
"I wanted to talk to you."
"We can talk later."
"This is important."
"No it's not I have to go to work before I'm late."
"I love you."

He let go of your wrist. You felt tears coming down your eyes. You thought you will never hear those words again coming from his mouth.

You heard laughing in the background.

He was just trying to tease you. He was just trying to keep your hopes up.

Just give up on him. He'll never love you.

You were already late to work.

"Y/n!" One of the surgeons called your name.
"Yes." You answered timidly.
"Shownu needs to see you."
"Oh no." You thought to yourself

You were so timid.

You were too scared to even think about what was gonna happen.

You knocked on his office door.
"Come in." He said

You walked in and sat in the chair in front of his desk.
"Yes sir."
"I'd like it if you'd explain why you were late?"
"My husband had to tell me something that was really important."
"And what exactly did your husband tell you!"
"That he loved me."

You stopped making eye contact with shownu.

Shownu got up from his desk, and walked towards you.

Tears fell down your eyes.

He pulled you into a hug. He stroked your hair while you were tearing up in his arms.

"Just divorce him. You're too good for him. You already know he's never gonna love you back."
"But I still love him. Even if he treats me badly I still love him."

Shownu wiped the tears away from your eyes.
"Just go back to work. If you need to talk just knock on the door."

You nodded your head.

Shownu has always loved you but you never noticed. You always thought that he was just trying to be a good friend.

You didn't go home for the whole week.
At least you didn't have to see the man who hurts your feelings.

You heard a knock on your office door.
"Come in."
Shownu opened the door.
"Hey y/n wanna go eat lunch together?"
"Sure, let me get my things first."
"Are you planning to go back home today?"
"No.Why?"
"It's nothing. Let's go."

Both Shownu and you went out of the hospital to go somewhere to eat."
On your way out the hospital somebody grabbed your wrist. You thought it was shownu but it wasn't.

You turned around and saw Wonho.
"What're you doing?" You asked
"Taking you back home." Wonho said
"But I have work, I can't go home."
"Well too bad we're going home."
"No we're not. Now leave me alone I don't want to see you right now."
"You think it's okay to cheat on me with a gorilla?"
"I'm not cheating on you and Shownu isn't a gorilla."
"Just shut up and follow me."
"No!"

You tried to get out of his grip but it was too strong.

Out of nowhere Shownu punched Wonho's face.

Wonho's grip was loosened and you took his hand off your wrist."

Wonho got up. He wiped off the blood that was in his lips.

"Y/n leave." Shownu said
"You're going to get hurt."you said concerned.

You didn't want Shownu to get hurt. Not because of you.

Sometimes you just wished he didn't have feelings for you.

Wonho and Shownu were getting ready to throw hands at each other.

You really didn't want the both of them to get hurt especially Wonho.

"I'll go home. Just let me get my things."
"We don't have time to get your things let's just go." Wonho complained.

Shownu looked so upset. Good thing you had your phone with you.

You texted him that you'll have lunch with him some other day.

He read the message but didn't reply.

Why was Wonho even upset with you going to lunch with Shownu. Was he jealous?
