So hi I’m back. I haven’t updated in a while because my computer has been broken since November, and I’m only going to be able to write when I’m at school.
Chapter 3
“Ivy! Ivy! Hey are you ok” a frantic voice seemed to scream in my ear. “Hey wake up!” I open my eyes to see Donna and Josh kneeling beside me. I look around to see the night sky.
“Shit, she’s going to kill me.” My aunt might not like me, but she loved to have rules. One of which was to be home by five, and by the look at the sky it was well past that time. I looked back at Donna to see her trying to get my attention.
“What happened to you? Josh and I were coming to pick up my bike and we saw you just lying on the ground.” In shock she hurriedly asked.
“Uhh… I’m not really sure, I was leaving school and saw this armband, and then when I went to pick it up everything went blank.” I explained the best I could
They both gave me a worried look, and helped me up. “Do you need a ride home?” Josh asked me politely, while Donna nodded.
I agreed and they said that Josh would come back to get my motorcycle. By the time I get home my aunt was sitting on the living room couch waiting for me to walk through the door. I had to sit, and listen to an hour of lecturing flowing the rules and being responsible about all things. When I was finally able to go to sleep, I dreamed of a valley of flowers and the sweetest melodies. It was a very calm place.
I woke the next day feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time. I get started to get ready for another day of school when the events of yesterday finally resurfaced in my head. I remembered the armband, the valley, and the voice telling me that we have known each other before anything. That part freaked me out a bit. “Yeah like any part of that is normal.” Even though that was true it didn’t seem odd really at all.
Going outside I saw that Josh followed through with bringing my bike back to my house. Thank god I won’t have to walk to school. It’s nerve racking thinking about all the scenarios of what could happen when I see them. Getting ready to get on my bike something catches my attention on the right side of my vision, a beautiful girl with flowing white hair, dark skin, wearing what appeared to be an ancient Egyptian dress, but turning my head to see her she disappeared. Feeling dizzy I turn and lean my head on my bike. Everything just seems to be falling apart.
When I felt better I started my engine and left. It was already an hour past starting bell, so I decided I was just going to take my time. Class had already started and the teacher was not very happy at all that I was late.
Great just great.
