Dancing with the Devil in Pale Moonlight: Part 5 (Epilogue)

I pulled up to the gas pump and shut the engine off. I practically ran inside just so I could leave fast enough. There were already people standing in line. It seems as though they couldn't pay for their shit fast enough.

I really needed to hurry so I just skipped everyone in line. "hey bitch, you can't just skip everybody in this damn line." This real dark skin girl with red hair yelled. I gave her that bitch-shutup look and quickly through twenty five dollars on the counter. "Pump 3 please." I said to the cashier.  She looked me up and down and what she said next almost made me fear for my life. "Hey, ain't you that male that had AIDS and was scamming niggas?"  I saw her reaching for her phone. Lord please. Not today.

I walked out the store only to be greeted by adontis and his homeboys. I knew it. I was finally caught and I couldn't do anything about it. He probably had read on the news about me. I was scared. I walked out clueless as if I didn't know anything.

"Adontis, baby, when did they release you?" I put a fake smile on my face wondering if he wouldn't expect a thing, instead, he stood there just staring at me.

I looked to the left of him and saw that one of his homeboys had reached down to get a black metal object out of his timberland boots. I knew it was a gun. I had to distract them for as long as I could.

"You know, I went to check on you at the hospital but the dumb ass nurse wouldn't even let me in. Check your phone, I even texted you." I stood there still smiling.

He just looked at me not saying anything. I knew he was on to me. So, I took a run for it.

I ran to my car as fast as I could with them on my tail.

pow. pow. pow.

I felt three bullets fill inside my body. three. one in my right leg, one in my left leg, and one right on my upper hip bone.

I fell to the ground, crawling away still trying to get away from them.

"You dumb bitch, or should I say nigga! I seen that shit on the news about you." he yelled making his way over to me with the gun in his hand.

"Aw nigga, you liked it. You knew what was going on when my fingers was up your ass!" I yelled back still crawling on the ground trying to get away from the situation.

he stood there shocked. Yeah, see adontis wasn't so innocent and I was about to expose him.

"When we first meet, you knew the deal with me. I gave you all the clues to suspect that i was a man. You just didn't think."

"The reason I said I didn't want children when you asked. The way my pussy "felt" different then all the other girls you fucked. Yeah, you knew. The day you went to the hospital cause you was bleeding!" I yelled.

he didn't know this was coming back to bite him in the ass.

Guess what else you didn't know ..

"I'm your brother." he stood there shocked.

"See yo bitch ass in hell!"

I stood lying there on the cold hard ground as more bullets kept flying into my body. This was it. This was my Karma.
