♡Garroth's Pov♡

I had decided to go over to Aphmau's and hang out there for a little while. I wasn't there to see Aphmau or anything because I had finally gotta over her dating Aaron and we were perfectly fine with just being great friends. I actually came over to see my baby brother who was staying with Aphmau for a while. I sat down on her couch next to Vylad and he started to talk about all the places he had visited before he came into town. 

"I mean the chickens were pretty nice and all but there was this weird guy who kept throwing bags of feathers at me and saying those chickens were his 'people'."

Aphmau giggles at his story and stands up with her phone in her hand. We watch as she walks over to the kitchen and dials someone's number into her phone. She talks for a while and comes back out with a smile on her face. Once she sits back down, I ask her what the call was about.

"Oh, nothing really. I was just calling the others to see they wanted to hang with us."

Vylad's smile widened at the word others. He had been waiting to see Zane for a while and couldn't stop talking about how much he really wanted to see both of his older brothers after so long. After a few minutes of laughing and talking, there was a loud knock at the door and Vylad jumped up to answer it.

"Vylad!?"

Everyone said hello to Vylad and asked where he had been after so long. Lastly, Zane walked in the door and Vylad extended his arms for a hug. And Zane just being Zane, walked past Vylad and sat down on the floor next to Aphmau. Vylad rolls his eyes and closes the door.

"Zane, give your baby brother a hug!", I yelled.

Zane shakes his head and folds his arms across his chest. "NO!".

Vylad sits down next to me again and smiles. "Yeah, Zane! Give me a hug!"

"See! He WANTS a hug!!".

Zane yells at me to leave him alone and I jumped off the couch. He gets up and runs into the kitchen and I quickly follow.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!".

We run around the counter in circles before I grab the back of his jacket and pulled him to a stop. He groans loudly and folds his arms again.

"I. Don't. Do. Hugs!", he shouts.

I hear someone get up to break us up and Zane shoves me backward. I stumble back and bump into someone behind me. I hear the sound of glass rolling on the wood floors and push myself up with my hands. Lucinda sat on the ground rubbing her head with a mean glare on her face.

"Dammit Zane!"

I help her up and she grabs the potion that fell from her pocket and placed it on the counter. I walk back over to the couch, followed by Lucinda and Zane. Vylad chuckled as I sat down and I flicked his forehead.

"OW!", he yelled rubbing his forehead.

"Let's play a game okay!!", Aphmau cheered.

Everyone groaned and she smiled nervously. "Come on, guys! It'll be fun!".

"Says you. You always pick Truth or Dare and one of us always gets hurt!", Laurence whines. 

Aphmau puts her hands up in defeat but keeps an evil smirk on her face. "Fine, what do YA'LL wanna play...hmmm!".

Vylad raises his hand and everyone turns to look at him. Aphmau raises an eyebrow and nods.

"Yes, Vylad?".

"How about we play a small game of Hide and Go Seek!".

Aphmau looks around for any objections and groans. "Fine! We'll play Hide and Go Seek. I still think it would be better if we played Truth or Dare!"

I agreed to be it and I counted to ten while everyone else went and hid.

"8...9...10!"

I heard a small giggle and kneeled down in front of the couch. Aphmau looked at me and started laughing harder. I tapped her foot and she crawled from under the couch before running off to help me find the others. After we found everyone, we all sat on and around the couch again, all out of breath from running.

"Anyone want a drink?", I ask.

Everyone nods and I stand up from my spot to get everyone some drinks. I walk into the kitchen and grab a beer that was sitting on the counter. I opened the bottle a surprising amount of ease for a beer bottle and took a sip. It tasted bitter and sour and it made my mouth burn. I dropped the bottle on the floor and it shattered everywhere.

Everyone came running into the kitchen to see what the noise was. I looked at them with watery eyes and coughed. Vylad walked to me and I coughed again and again. My throat burned a lot and I couldn't breathe right. I fell to my knees and soon I was crowded by all of my friends. Vylad kneeled down to level his face with mine and looked me in the eyes.

"Hey, you okay?", he asked.

I shook my head and coughed more and more. My face hot and sweat rolled down my face. Lucinda pushed through everyone and swore loudly. 

"Lucinda!", Aphmau screams.

She kneels down in front of me and lifted my face up. She shook her head and picked up a shard of glass from the floor and smelt it.

"Ohhhhh myyyyyyy....."

Before I could ask what was wrong with me, everything around me got blurry and suddenly took the color of blackness.
