Chapter 6 - Don't call me when you need help you bitch!

1 WEEK LATER

        I take a final look in the mirror before I head outside to go to school. I'm wearing a white peplum top with a pair of black jeans along with a pair of white keds. I straightened my hair and applied a  pinkish color on my lips. I sprayed a sweet scented perfume on, and grabbed my black bag. I twirled myself around and smiled.

  I am so grateful for my moms friend in L.A for having us crash at her place. When my moms friend Theresa found out about the news she insisted on us moving in with her until we find a place to stay. She's so nice. I walk out of the room and head downstairs. The good thing about where Theresa lives is that it's safer and closer to Harry.

I walk into the kitchen and see Theresa and my mom chatting.

Theresa says "Good morning Kimberly!"

"Same to you Theresa." I smile

She says furrowing her eyebrows "Who's that boy outside? He's been standing there for about 10 minutes."

"Oh, he's my boyfriend. He's picking me up for school." I say.

She says "Oh... you got a boyfriend."

My mom says "Yup, and he's a sweet boy. You should get to know him."

"Why dont we invite him for dinner?" She says excitedly.

I say "No offense T but we tried that and it didn't work out."

" Well that's because you and your mother lived in an unsafe neighborhood. And besides I'm not saying to eat dinner here. I'm saying to eat dinner at a restaurant." She says convincing me.

I say "Alright, that sounds fun."

"What do you think Anne?" Theresa asks my mom.

My mom says "Sounds like a great idea."

"Okay! I'll make the reservations at this fabulous resturant i know. How does Friday sound?" She says clapping her hands.

My mom says "Perfect, that's a great day."

I say "Alright. I gotta go now. Bye you guys."

"Bye sweetie" My mom waves.

"Bye Kim" Theresa says.

I walk out of the house and see Harry waiting next to his car. When he sees me he smiles and says "Well ello there love."

"Hi baby!" I say giving him a hug and planting a kiss on his cheek.

He says "How are you doing now? You know.... since the whole incident."

"I'm doing really fine and so is my mom, her really nice friend Theresa let us crash at her place." I say with my hands around his neck.

He says "Well I'm glad your doing good."

"You look cute" He says eyeing me up and down.

I say "My other obsession besides skater skirts is peplum tops."

"I learn something new about you everyday, don't I?" He says smiling

I say "Yup, and there's more too come."

"Alright, well let's get going." He says.

We get inside his car and drive off.

"Oh wait! I forgot to tell you. My moms friend wants to go out to dinner with us." I say staring at him.

He says putting an eyebrow up  "Is it gonna be like last time?"

"No, I hope not. We're going to eat at a resturant." I say.
