Broken
Was just a word
Spilling over pages
Told by a little bird
Only spoken
In acts of fate
And little pieces
Began to break
Without a sound
She left the ground
And flew to the clouds above
She was broken

Shimmering
Glittering
A release of pain
Something totally vulgar
And out of shame
Little pieces break off
And fall to the ground
Little pieces
Of crying sound
But, a little object
Silver and bland
Will make all you feel
Better again
A little girl
Holds a razor

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Darkness
But millions of lights
A girl
Screaming for her life
But silence
Is all you hear
The stars
Hide her scars
She bleeds
At the words that pierce her skin
Gone
Is what she wishes
She would have been
He hides his feelings
And no one seems to care
He hides it all
And it's not fair
He loves his mother
But his father brings pain
He try's to love
But doesn't think it will happen again
This boy he knows
Makes him laugh
When he's down
And he wants him to be around
Love
It's what he feels
But as he gets pulled
He realizes life's a drag
When your title's
A fag
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Holding his hand
And bringing him up
Taking down
The people who make his life tough
Words splattered
Across his heart
And every kind word he speaks
Is art
Living with his love
Both happy and gay
Couldn't have found a better love
Any other way

Shes standing around
With a cardboard crown
A princess looking up
At the gray sky around
She calls for her mother
A metal rocket takes flight
And when it reaches
It's glorious hight
Smoke covered mountains
And holes in hearts
A land of family
By war
Fallen apart

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Love
Was not the only thing that was lost
And fear
Wasn't the only thing given
Or taken
Two souls
Gone in the wind
Nowhere in sight
But putting up a fight
Two run away souls
Two run away romeos
