Chapter 1
Once there where two little kids who were 11 years old and named Johnny Red and Jewel Red. The are twins who did everything together. They had nice parents but, they didn't have much money. Even though they didn't have much money Johnny and Jewel still had fun together. The Red family loved spending time together.
Jewel and Johnny got two identical rings from their parents that they loved. Jewel and Johnny's dad got sick, but he thought it was a cold. "Are you doing okay dad" said Jewel. Before her father could answer he fall to the ground. Jewel yelled for her mother and brother.
Chapter 2
"Jewel call a ambulance" said her mother. Jewel had only a flip phone and call a ambulance. A ambulance came and took the father to the doctors. Their father didn't make it because he was to sick. They were all upset and they went back home.
The mother couldn't pay for any bills. "Jewel can I sell your phone to help us out" asked her mother. Jewel let her sell her phone. Jewel didn't really care. Their mother decided to put the kid's in a place were orphans are. She wanted them to be safe and not get sick. "Jewel and Johnny I will always love you, but I don't want anything to happen to you". "Also those rings you got from your father and me you will find out something about them later" said their mother.
