An old man was walking on the beach where thousands of starfish were in the sand and were beached. There was a young boy who was picking them up one by one and throwing them back into the ocean.
The old man said,"It isn't going to make a difference, there's too many of them." The boy picked up a starfish and put it in the water. He pointed.
"It made a difference for that one."

I saw this on a board at my school past year and it really inspired me because the boy still made a difference even if it wasn't for all of them.
