Ok so its morning and last night I didn't sleep well, I haven't been drinking well either (I despise water it makes me feel ill) I'm dehydrated and tired i get woken up and told to do my chores *uhhhhh and then I go out to hang with a mate, I take out a cigarette (first one I've had in about a month.) and I smoke it feeling relieved of stress I go home, and now I feel like shit. Note to self don't smoke whilst dehydrated. Yay hate life. Any advice on how to get this migraine to go away?
