note; in-house is basically where you spend the whole day in a small classroom (with other kids just as bad as you) and your teachers send work down for you.
you weren't there the day after that. or the day after that. or the day after that. you were gone for a while.
i didn't mind since my heart didn't race every time i saw you, then. i didn't mind since i knew you would bring trouble if i involved myself in your issues. despite all this, my thoughts couldn't help but wonder to what would happen to you two.
would you guys be expelled? no.
alyssa overheard how you and your (ex) friend would spend a week or two in in-house.
i didn't care.
"they're just stupid. this is going to affect their record and they'll end up going to the worst high school in the neighborhood." i said, shaking my head continuously as i took a bite out of my ham sandwich.
alyssa rolled her eyes. "why are you such a nerd? that was the most hilarious fight i had ever seen. did you see their faces?" she paused to chuckle. "they looked fucking constipated."
i let out a small laugh and disregarded her insults. i was used to it.
"i should have recorded it. it would have definitely gone viral and i could have earned some cash." alyssa sustained as she picked at her meatloaf with her fork.
i shrugged. "probably not." i took another bite from my sandwich and said, "tons of fights happen. this was nothing special."
it was just two kids fighting because of a reason that was a mystery.
"why did they even start fighting?" i ask as i chew. "i never got the memo."
my friend furrowed her eyebrows. "it's stupid but i think one of them accidentally pushed the door into the other as they entered homeroom." she bit her lip. "i'm not sure, though. don't go around spreading lies cause i don't want to be the cause of more salty actions." she gave me a goofy smile and took a bite of her meatloaf as a smile etched onto my face.
a/n: sorry this chapter was shitty and short. (these are the two Ss that you have to get used to, guys.) on the plus side though, i'm beginning to update more since it's almost 2017. :)
