New Life

(AFTER 5 YEARS)

It's been 6 months since my college graduation. Dad & Auntie were so proud of me. Wanna know why??

Hahaha! I'm just one of the top students in our school. Who would have thought that I'd came it this far. I'm so happy with all of this achievements. ^____^

But I still, have to work harder, cause I know that this is just the beginning of my journey towards my dream to be an Astronaut Haha! Kidding, I really want to be an Architect because drawing is my first love.

By the way, my best friend Sam chats with me last night on yahoo and she said she already got a job which is a manager of a Coffee Shop. She just graduated last month with her course Business Management. We've been chatting the whole night and she also mentioned our high school classmates especially that mean girl Dianne which is now a Teacher, an English Teacher. At first, I didn't believed Sam but when she told me whole story that's when I started to believe it. I never thought that Dianne also had a big heart in helping street children. Sam told me that Dianne's looks had changed now into a more decent and simple look unlike before during our high school days which is a spoiled brat image. She now transformed into a simple but girly image. :) :)

While me, I already learned how to act as a real girl. You know! The way I dressed and the way I look now looks completely different from before.

Every thing that happened to my life now. It seems like all my wishes do came true. But there's still a part in my heart that can't be completed..After all this years, he's the only guy that I love. I'll admit, every thing that I achieved now, Its all because of him. He's been my inspiration since I came here in London. Because until now, I didn't stop believing that we might see each other again someday.

Dad's contract in his work here in London had already ended so he decided to just live there again in Philippines cause he really misses it like so much.

11AM. = Exact time and date of our arrival in NAIA Terminal 2. Woah! I've been gone for almost 4 years and I really miss being here in the Philippines. My friends, my alma mater, my other relatives and the place where me and Vince had our first date and first kiss. I'm still believing in a fact that he's now back in the Philippines so I could get a chance to see him and talk to him after a very very long year.

Sam and her family picked us up at the airport which made me so happy cause at last I saw my crazy best friend again. Even though she's stupid and cold sometimes she's the only friend I consider as my true best friend.

I was on my way to a cafe near here, the shop that I always go to whenever I want to eat sweets and drink a coffee.

"One Caramel Macchiato pls and this one" I pointed to a piece of a black forest cake.

After eating, I went out of the cafe and while I was preparing to go home I bumped a kid which caused her to fell on the ground.

"Omo! I'm sorry! Are you okay?" I said with sincere voice while helping the kid to stand up.

These kid looks like a 6 year old but where are her parents? She shouldn't be alone in her age.

"Ya! Yenny! Where have you been? Aissh! I've been searching for you!" The guy said in a mad voice and then I looked at him, and when I see his face my eyes change like this.   O_______O

He looks at me too with a shocked face on.

Me: "Vince??"

Vince: "Schai??"

Awkward and speechless atmosphere for almost 15 seconds until the little kid speak up.

"Hey Daddy Vince? Do you know her?"

D-d-d-d-addy??? O______O

Did she just call Vince Daddy??O.o?

While Vince is speechless, I started to speak again cause I really want to know if this kid in front of me is his daughter.

"S-so? You already had a kid huh?" Bitter voice.

He didn't answer me then a blonde girl came to pick them up which made me think that she is the mother of this kid.

"Hey guys, there you are! Let's go home!" She said while lifting the kid but she stopped when she saw me.

"Ow I'm sorry! You are?"

"I'm-I'm Schai"

"Ow hello! Is she your friend Vince? You didn't even introduce me to her! You really are so rude!" She said to Vince.

"Let's just go home! Let's go!!" He said while holding the lady's hand and getting her inside the car together with the kid.

This scene almost breaks my heart! I thought if I saw him again I'll get a chance to talk to him and settle things between us. But I guess I'm wrong!! Why did I believe in such a foolish thing that someday me and my prince's happily ever after will come true. Nothing will come true now, every thing is ruined!! He already have his own family, a wife and a child. I should've not met him from the start!! I should've not fallen in love with him!! I should've not gave him my first kiss!! He should've not been my first boyfriend. Oh god!! Why does it have to be so painful like this?? <///3

I was on my way back home, I'm crying and walking so slow wearing my hoodie jacket so that no one can notice me crying while eating chocolates.

I just continued walking then I saw the Park where me & Vince use to go to when we were dating. I sat on a seesaw while all those memories are starting to flashback again in my head. That's when tears in my eyes started to flow again like a faucet.

"I think you need this!"

Someone in my back gave me a handkerchief, I accepted it and wipe my tears away.

I faced the guy but I got shocked.

"Do you still remember our first date in this place?? Me, I still did! cause its the most precious moment that had ever happen to my life together with the girl I love. I promise to myself that when she comes back I won't let her go again cause she's the only girl that I've been loving since first glance."

Those words cause my tears to do not stop from flowing.

"I thought- I thought you don't love me anymore??"

"That won't never happen cause since the day that I came to States I never stop thinking about you!!"

"B-but? Who's that girl earlier and the kid??"

He smiles "She's my best friend I was just helping her with her daughter cause that's what I promised her when her boyfriend left her alone after being pregnant.

"Is that true??"

"Of course! You silly! Nobody can replace you in my heart!! I'm sorry for everything! I just love you and now I promise you that I will never ever let you go of you again." He said while sincerely looking into my eyes.

"I LOVE YOU SCHAIRYLL KIM!!" He shouted and he hugs me.

"I LOVE YOU TOO JOHN VINCENT LEE!!" I shouted too and all the people is staring at us like what-the-hell-are-they-doing??

Life is precious, so cherish every moment together with your loved ones.

Don't be so stupid wasting time for those people who doesn't even care.

Be with the people who really loves you and who's ready to accept you no matter who you are.

Be yourself! Feel free to express your feelings or you might regret it at the end.
