I panicked to say the least, reaching high above myself barely pulling the fire alarm. Only thing I thought was to run, get to my car and don't dare to look back. I jolted up sprinting my way down the stairs and out of the building along with 500 others who were soaking wet from the sprinklers. I ran to my car reaching for my keys in my pocket, when I realize they weren't there. I turn around seeing Jake slowly making his way towards me with my keys in his hand and a smirk plastered on his face.
I sprinted down the street, thanking God I choose to were flats today. Although Jake was a good runner and was close behind, the fact he was drunk made it impossible for him to catch up with me. I turn to the side street seeing an alleyway I could potentially loose him in. I reach for the first door I see, hiding behind a doorway. I take a shaky breath pulling my blonde hair behind my head catching my breath.
"Hello love" I turn to see a mop of curls & green eyes before a sudden pain reached my head, slowly drifting myself unconscious.......
