"I want to go hoooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeee." Sherlock whined.  "Soon, love." John said, giving Sherlock's hand a squeeze.  "What is there left to do here?" Sherlock asked, wondering what the whole point of staying here would do.

"You can deduce the next person who walks in the door." John said, hoping to boost Sherlock's spirits. "I highly doubt I'm going to get any visitors." Sherlock replied.  And just at that moment, none other than Mycroft Holmes walked into the room.

"How's the diet?" Sherlock asked snarkily.  "It's going fine." Mycroft retorted.  John glanced nervously between the two, and decided to leave.  "I'll be back soon..." He said, hurriedly rushing out the door.

"What are you doing here, brother?" Sherlock asked.  "I worry about you, brother of mine."  Sherlock rolled his eyes.  "I'm surprised that you think about me while stuffing your face with cake." Mycroft didn't reply.  "You wouldn't come here if you didn't have a good reason, so what is it?" Mycroft stayed silent.  "Mycroft, what is it?" Sherlock asked sternly.

"Moriarty."

"He's dead, I saw him kill himself." Sherlock replied.  "And John saw you kill yourself." He contradicted.  "He shot himself in the face, how could he have faked that?" I asked.  Mycroft raised an eyebrow.  "You tell me."  Sherlock rolled his eyes.  "If I knew how, I would have told you."

"Well, you're going to need to see if he's actually alive or one of his henchmen is picking up the slack."  A dull, throbbing pain started to form in Sherlock's leg.  "How do I do that? Did the doctors not tell you?" Sherlock asked.

Mycroft stared down at his brother's leg.

"Of course they told me; but I have a solution." he said with a smile. Sherlock pushed himself into a sitting position.

"...go on."

"I've been funding some scientists that have been working on a serum that is told to be able to heal any injury, get rid of mental and speech impediments, fix the paralyzed, and regrow or fix broken or missing bones with no side effects."

Sherlock smiled and glanced towards the door, where John had left a few minutes before.

"Sign me up."
