I walked up to my locker, trying to imagine them not there. But that was hard. "Hi friend." Logan said in a voice that always seems to make me laugh.

"Hi." I chuckled, keeping my head down and grabbing my books.

"Where ya going friend?" He asked.

"Class. You should be too." I said in reply walking away from my locker and heading to class. Logan and I dated once, so now it's in a way awkward. But he's ultimately still my best friend. I can trust him with anything and he is so sweet to me.

I felt like an idiot for telling Logan to get to class, because A. Class doesn't start for another 10 minutes, and B. He's in the same class as me first period. Of course he is. Hell, they both are!

"Class, today we are watching a movie." The teacher said. In reply to the class' cheers, she said "It's called "The Patriot" and it's about the American Revolution!"

"I don't see Tom Brady anywhere!" Jared blurted. Everyone laughed for the longest time. Especially me. Jared was the type of guy I was into. He was funny, popular, and surprisingly attractive. You would think I'd immediately fall for him, but actually, I was caught.
