we loved nighttime, particularly the stars.

we used to stay on the rooftop for hours,

just to name the constellations in the sky.

there was always a saying that goes like this,

"stars never fail to make people happy"

it's true.

because you loved naming them.

do you still remember the star you named after me?

do you still remember the star i named after you?

i hope so.

you loved the peacefulness.

you said you didn't like the city.

you would rather live with me in a private household up in the mountains,

rather than the hustling city center we're at.

you loved the darkness.

not particularly darkness,

but how bright the stars shone at night.

because they stand up beyond the darkness,

a guiding light,

a tiny ray of hope.

it was always true,

until you left me wandering

in the dark.
