Samantha:

I woke up to the sound of Tré yelling my name.

"Tré wake up. It's a dream, it's just a dream." I kept repeating. Devonte also joined in and began shaking him as well until he finally gasped awake, panting like he just ran a marathon. He sat there flabbergasted and Devonte looked at him confused.

"You ok?" I rubbed his back and messaged him to cool him down. "Yeah" He says. "Yeah, I am fine," he repeats starring off into the abyss clearly not okay but I did not want to pry. "Come on, we got to get moving now." Tré stands up and begins to get ready to leave. He was of course still shaken from the dream but didn't want to show it or talk about it. Boys...they are all the same, always hide their pain and fear and put up barriers and shields to keep people from considering them as pathetic or weak. I gripped onto my necklace tight, something I only did when I was worried or nervous in which believe it or not I have been a lot lately. With everything going on, Connor is searching for me, so he could give me a fate worse than death. Coral wants both Devonte and Tré for Intel and then their deaths. I gaze over at Tré and notice the same fear in his eyes and I couldn't help but reassure he was alright.

"Okay but are you sure─" My sentenced couldn't be finished; my head ached with pain causing me to grip it as hard as I could. I grunted in pain, god I felt like my head was going to explode. My eyes shut tight on their own and a loud scream escapes out of my mouth. It's the necklace, I just know it is. My whole body loses control of itself and thrusts back. Luckily Devonte was behind me and caught me and held me to his chest, falling to the ground. His body was so warm against mine, making me feel safe and secure. Why must every time I touch my necklace I end up flying into something or someone?

Instantaneously, I begin to have visions comparable to the one I had when the guys and I had combined our necklaces together. It was about me having powers again, and I a few flashes of vision I saw Devonte and Tré in the exact same situation as me. Wondering where their power had come from as well, wondering what the hell is happening with them. The visions stopped and I was able to open my eyes I felt a strange feeling in my head, I felt as if a little piece that was missing sort of filled up inside my head. I remembered something; it was about us, our friendship. "I remember something─" Like before we got our memories drained. That shouldn't be possible no one has ever been able to recall their memories. Coral's mother made sure that no one would ever be able to recall anything. This is a permanent amnesia. "We are gifted like I am talking superhero gifted with like powers and what not we can─" Before I could continue I was interrupted by smart ass Tré.

"Woe, woe, woe, hold the phone, time out, slow down. What the hell are you talking about? The injection was supposed to make us forget our past and you're trying to tell us here that all of a sudden because of a headache you claim that you can remember part of the past as if it were yesterday? And you are also trying to tell me that one day we all chowed down on a piece of kryptonite and are suddenly superman now?"

"You clearly haven't read any superman comic like ever." Devonte says, rubbing the palm of his hand over his face out of disappointment.

"Of course I have, who the hell hasn't?"

"No you haven't because if you did you would know that superman can't eat Kryptonite because one it's a damn stone and two it's his weakness you dumbass."

Tré opens his mouth to say something else but closes it once he realizes that he cannot win this fight. "As I was saying," I continue. "Tré you can like tell the future whenever you close your eyes, and really concentrate in order to do it on your own. Devonte you can see anybody's past by just touching them and concentrating.". "I am so confused right now are you sure it wasn't just a dream?" Devonte asks.
