February Twenty Sixth
Was A Hard Hard Time,
When Trayvon Martin
Was Layed There To Die.
Innocent With Just A Arizona,
A White Man Saw A Black Loner ,
Walking Home From The Store,
Right Around The Corner.
I Can't Never Eat Skittles The Same,
Just Look At Them,
And Think....
What A Mf Shame.
A Twenty Nine Year Old Getting To Go Home,
Shot A Poor Kid,
And Now His Family Has To Mourn.
I Thought The World,
Was Through With This Racism Mess,
But To Go This Far,
And Have A Son Laid To Rest .
We Need Justice For His Soul,
His Family,
And His Friends,
And The Many Young Black Generations There Are To Hold.
