Ch.1

Mina's POV:

"Excuse me, excuse me," I said barging through the crowd as I tried to get to my math class.

"Park Mina, late again," My math teacher said while writing something on a piece of paper and shaking his head.

"Mianhe, it won't happen again," I said bowing 90°.

I made my way to my seat which was next to Jeon Jungkook, my childhood friend and also my study buddy.

"Annyeong!" He said while ruffling my hair.

"Aish, I just did my hair," I said while doing it to him back.

I sat down an unloaded my math books.

As usual, math was really boring, so behind my math book, I took out another book and started reading it. I'm pretty ahead in math anyways.

"Mina, math is over," I heard Jungkook say.

"Oh, mian, I was to caught up on this book," I said while scratching the back of my neck.

"Anyways, let's go get some lunch," He said while grabbing my wrist and dragging me with him.

"This kid," I said while chuckling.

We both ordered pizza as it was our favorite food.

"Should we go to the roof?" I asked Jungkook since that was where we hung out at lunch everyday.

"Sure," Jungkook said.

We carried our lunch trays as we walked up the stairs to the school's roof.

"We're here!" I said happily.

"Aish," Said a boy somewhere.

I wonder who said that.

"Hello?" I asked wondering who's there.

"Jungkook? Do you know who's there?" I asked as he looked around the rooftop.

"No," he said.

"I'm so gonna fail this test tomorrow," said the voice again.

Finally, the boy came into sight. He was lying down while covering his face with his hands.

"Who are you?" I asked curiously.

"Mianhe," He said sitting up while scratching the back of his neck. He was a tall looking boy with broad shoulders.

"Hyung!" Said Jungkook excitedly while waving his hands at the boy.

"Jungkook, you know him?" I asked.

He nodded while showing off his perfect smile.

"My name is Kim Seokjin, but you could call me Jin for short," he said while smiling. He actually looked, handsome.

Stop it Mina! You just saw him once! You can't fall in love with him yet! I said telling myself.

"Mina, Park Mina," I said while sticking my hand out for him to shake it.

We shook hands.

"By the way Jin, I heard you saying that you're gonna fail your math test, is it ok if I help you out?" I said smiling.

"Really? You're willing to help me?" He said while pointing to himself.

"Yeah! Why not? I can really use to teach Jungkook also," I said smiling.

"Yah!" He said while pouting.

"Hyung I'm warning you! She's scary when she tutors math!" Jungkook whispered to Jin.

"I can hear you Jungkook," You said turning around giving him a scary glare.

"Mian, mian," He said bowing multiple times.

"I'm kidding," I said laughing.

He and Jin laughed along.

"No but seriously sit down and start working on these problems I show you how to do," I said while giving them my serious look.

They immediately shut there mouths and obeyed what I said.

After and hour or so of tutoring, Jin and Jungkook finally got the hang of the problems.

"Guys, wanna go to Starbucks for celebrating that you two finally got the hang of math?" I said while smiling.

They gasped and starting chanting in unison, "Starbucks! Starbucks!" I laughed as I watched their reaction.

Jungkook and Jin were saying that on the whole day to Starbucks.

"Here," I said as I handed my credit card to the cashier.

"No it's ok," Said Jin while pulling my hand back and handing his own credit card to the cashier.

"Thank you," I said while handing him his drink.

We sat down at a table with three chairs and talked.

"Hey guys, I gotta go, my mom needs me to come home because her sister is there," Jungkook said while looking at his wrist watch.

"Oh, ok! Have a safe walk back to your house Jungkook," You said while waving bye to him.

"Thanks! Bye Jin! Bye Mina!" He said while running out of the cafe.

"Hey Mina, can I walk you home?" Jin asked.

I blushed.

"Sure!" I said while smiling happily.

We both got up and made our way out of the café.

While walking I accidently tripped.

"Ahh!" I said while landing on the ground.

"Mina! Are you ok?" Jin asked while helping me up but I fell again.

"Yeah I'm ok," I said trying to get up but I failed again.

"Here, get on my back," He said turning around.

"Are you sure? I might be to heavy,"I asked.

"Just get on, I can't let you go home like that," Jin said smiling.

"Fine," I said.

He helped me get on his back.

"You're actually pretty light!" Jin said as he walked.

"Really? Wow," I said.

"Is this your house?" He asked.

"Oh yeah, thanks for carrying me back," I said. I was expecting him to let me off his back but he just stood there staring at the house.

"Something wrong?" I asked Jin

"Oh nothing is wrong, I'm just surprised that I live right next to you," Jin said.

I just stood there dumbfounded.

'I never knew," You said staring at the house.

"Oh, and Jungkook lives right next to me!" Jin said.

"Well, I know that but I never knew you lived there," I said.

"Well now you know," Jin said chuckling.

"Can you walk now?" He asked.

"Yeah I think I can," I said getting off of Jin's back.

"Thanks again," I said smiling.

"No problem," He said while patting my head.

"Here's my number in case you need help studying," I said while handing him a piece of paper.

"Thanks," He said smiling.

"Bye, I gotta go now," I said while smiling.

"Bye," He said while waving at me.

I walked into my house to be greeted by my parents.

"What a day," I said smiling.
