"Listen, if you just spill you can leave." The judge says. "I know your innocent. I dont know why people have this no snitch thing."

"Your honor it was a dude by the name of Tim White and he lives in New York so people won't know that he owns that house here in California." Chresanto lied.

The judge looked at the officer. "Release him when we find this guy." The judge says.

Chresanto smiles and lets the guard take him out of the room.

4 months later.....

"Shit I'm happy to be back home!" Chresanto yelled as he walked through the door. "I can't believe I made a year and 3 months without this place!" He laughed.

He turned around and smiled at Tracy. He grabbed her hand and kissed her. As he kissed her he couldn't help but imagine her kissing Leroy so he slowly back away from her lips.

"Let's go to the room." Tracy bit her bottom lip.

Chresanto sighed deeply but it had been 1 year since he's done anything with a woman and he was gonna take advantage of Tracy's body.

Chresanto looked at Tracy naked body as she slept. His mind still thinking that she was cheating. He leaned forward putting his elbows on his thighs and rubbing his hands through his hair. Chresanto walked in the living room where DJ was saying goodnight to someone.

"I love you too goodnight babe!" DJ smiled before hanging up his phone.

"You talkin' to Michelle." Chresanto smiled as he sat down next to DJ.

"Oh yeah...She's crazy she wouldn't let me hang up without saying goodnight." DJ chuckled.

"Yeah girls are crazy like that..." Chresanto chuckled. "It feels great to be home."

"With your fiance." DJ smiled.

Chresanto paused and smiled.

"Yeah man...It's just great." Chresanto said with mixed emotions.

Chresanto fell asleep that night in bed next to Tracy. His nightmares about Leroy and Tracy having sex in his bed kept him up most of the night glaring at Tracy as she slept. The knot in his stomach made him sick as he thought about it.
    The next morning Tracy made Chresanto breakfast and smiled.

"Hey baby! How did you sleep your first night back?" Tracy asked.

"It was great!" he lied. "So much better than them damn prison beds." Chresanto sat down at the dining room table.

"That's great baby!"

Chresanto phone rung and saw that it was Jacob.

"Wassup?" Chresanto smiled.

"How come you haven't visited me yet bro?" Jacob said in a playful hurt tone.

"My bad I've just been enjoying being at home." Chresanto giggled. "I'll come by later."

"No need Mariah, me, and the baby are all heading over there." Jacob said hanging up the phone.

"That nigga does know to say bye." Chresanto laughed.

A few hours later Jacob arrived with his little girl Maria Olivia Perez. Tracy and Mariah talked about their life's with the baby and Chresanto being back. Jacob and Chresanto were talking about Tracy.

"I just can't shake off the feeling that she's cheating on me." Chresanto sighed.

"Shit she might be, but she swear that she didnt so take her word for it." Jacob said in a blunt tone.

"I tried, but I still feel like she's lying."

"Well shit...Maybe she was...You can't blame her I mean she wasn't expecting her fiance who just proposed get locked up for a year and a few months." Jacob explained.

"Yeah...But that doesn't mean she can go out and cheat." Chresanto shook his head.

Chresanto sat there shaking his head as he had another bad dream. Chresanto shook it and layed back down hoping that he would have a good dream.
