As I get off the plane, I noticed the landscape isnt as bad than i thought. I walked towards Aunt Mia giving her the biggest hug!
"Darling I have missed you so much, Im glad that you are staying with me" she said pulling back looking at me
I smile lightly "Im glad too"
We left the airport an unaware where we were going!
"Aunt Mia?" I asked in confusion
"Yes dear?" She replied with concern
"Where are we going??"
"To my house obviously" she said laughing
I gave a weak smile, trying to remember where she lived. We drove up to an beautiful mansion!!
"Is this your place aunty" i said in shock
"Well of course dear" she told laughing
As I walk in I noticed the paintings, drawn by hand with a signature -Mia Lopez
I thought to myself " i didn't know she was a painter" "You like them" almost jumping out my skin i turned around & it was my cousin Ciara! I gave her the biggest hug ever!
"Omg its been forever CiCi" I say while hugging her
"Uff girl i know, im sorry about Zu" she said with sadden look
"Yeah i truly freaking miss her" I say while tears roll down my cheek
As she wiped my tear " she is in a better place Ari" "I know but i j-just miss her" "You know what you need?" smiling big at me "And whats that CiCi?" I say with a light smile "Lets go SHOPPING?" yelled out with alot of excitement
Thinking to myself "i do need new clothes for school"
I nodded in agreement & Ciara given me this huge smile!
As I walk in my room i was staying in, I immediately started to unpack putting this here and there
I hit the shower after i finished, honestly i felt safe in this house i thought while getting out of the shower.
I walked towards the closest & pulled black leggings & a baggy sweater. I look in the mirror i thought "i look fat in this anyway" As I walked down stairs I see CiCi waiting impatiently!
"Finally you take forever in the shower" she said laughing
" Well i had to unpack, & hit the shower! What do you expect? A magical fairy to do it for me" I say laughing as well. Its been forever simce I actually laughed..
"Well of course not! But girl letss goo" as CiCi pulled my sweater.
We got into her car and drove off she showed me the school i was attending it was big i mean big "I'm going lost in there" I told her "No you aint girl, you got me" she said winking at me. It got hella quite so we started talking about clothe wise..which I hated since im a fatass freak..
We arrived at Maurices, we were greeted by a nice lady "Welcome to Maurices, how may i help you young ladies today?"
"We are looking for nice school clothes for my cousin here" CiCi replied to her
" Well darling Plus sizes on the left & Petite on right." She stated and left. Go figure i thought
As we walked the store i saw dresses i could never pull off, skirts that would make me look fat. "I don't why i agreed to come here" I muttered under my breath
2 long hours later we went home with like 10 bags. We got of the car & Aunty Mia greeted us
"How was shopping girls?" she says smiling
"Forever!" I say with a fake smile
"Thats common with Ciara here" she says laughing
We continued talk over dinner. I find that CiCi has a boyfriend named Owen Knight, and that she is in almost all the sports.
We said our goodnights and went straight to bed. As i walked towards my room Aunt Mia calls me..
"Aria darling?"
"Yes ma'am?"
" I really hope you enjoy staying here!" with a smile on her face
I met her gaze "Thank you" with a faint smile that she hardly notice "Well goodnight darling, you and CiCi have to get up early!" Saying as she hugged me
"Goodnight Aunt Mia" hugging back.
As i lay in bed i think about how it was going.. "Nothing is going to change" I thought while dozing off..
