Dear Hoseok,

finally its the time...

the time for me to go into the surgery room....

i know this us sudden but.....

i was diagnosed with a brain tumor...

and the date if the surgery is today....

the doctor said i only have a little hope to survive in this surgery...

and maybe a couple of hour later i will go to the surgery room

i think this is the last a thing i will wrote in this book....

and this is the last day that i will see u .....

if maybe i will not survive in this surgery....

i want to say...

i love you Hoseok .....

and i will always see u from the above.....
