"Stay back!" The police man said becoming a barrier between my house and me.
"What happened?" I asked.
"We are going to find out. Everything will be ok," the officer said. I was angry why would no one tell me what was going on? Tears rolled down my face I stepped back towards Grayson who had the most vague expression on his face that I couldn't read.
"Grayson, what's going on?" I asked knowing that he knew nothing but I had to ask.
He looked down at me noticing me for the first time, "I don't know!" He yelled my stomach turned why was he angry at me! I didn't do anything! More tears streamed down my face as I watched the police men enter my house with guns.

Alexandra sat up her vision was blurry so she wiped her tears she looked at a clock, 4:35, She didn't want to go back to sleep because she would have another nightmare she got out of bed. She walked across the hall subconsciously to Grayson's room and knocked on the door. Of course there was no answer and Alexandra asked herself what she was doing.
She had to do something to clear her mind though, something to distract herself. She decided she needed air. So Alexandra went back to her room and climbed into the tree. For a while she just stared at the stars and after some time she regretted coming out in what felt like 20 degree weather in just her pajamas. But she waited until the sun rose to get back in her room.
While she got ready for school she watched for Grayson. She wanted to see if he was going somewhere or if he just never unpacked. But her never came out until they went to the bus stop. Alexandra debated on telling Adaline her dream but Grayson would be angry at her for some reason or another. But when they got on the bus Alexandra sat in the same seat as always and started telling her about the terrible dream.
"And Grayson was mad at me!" Alexandra finished telling the events of the dream.
"Why?" Adaline asked.
"Who knows, lately it's like he's a different person. When I spoke to him he looked lost in thought," Alexandra remembered.
"What do you imagine he was thinking about?"
"I-do you think he knows something?" Alexandra asked.
"I don't know but we should solve this mystery before he takes off to wherever he is going," Adaline resolved.

At lunch Alexandra And Adaline sat in their usual seats. Today Emma and Makayla Collins decided to sit with them.
"Did you guys make up?" Adaline asked.
"Yup," Emma replied. And twins giggled. Alexandra thought about how different they looked to be twins, Emma had short blond locks of curly hair while Makayla had long brown hair that looked almost stick straight. They're eyes were different colors too, Emma had blue and Makayla had brown. The only thing that was the same was their braced smiled and laughter.
"Hi, Alexandra we haven't really met before," Makayla said.
"Hello, are you in my Algebra class?" Alexandra asked.
