They could hear him getting closer very quickly.
"Get Ready," said Rengar (487 RP), ready to jump out of the bush, "he's almost upon us. And tonight... We hunt!"
Vandal Jax (260 RP) simply nodded and lifted his plank.
They could finally see their target: He was rolling at a great speed, making sparks fly all around him.
Rengar's muscles tensed in anticipation, drooling involuntarily out of sheer excitement.
As soon as Chrome Rammus (375 RP) was in range, Rengar leapt at the unsuspecting armordillo. Jax followed him, raising his wooden plank high up in the air and bringing it down with extreme power, smashing Rammus.
Rengar continued slashing his foe. Rammus wore a thornmail, so each attack damaged Rengar back, but it didn't matter to him. Jax didn't seem to mind either, and he continued striking with all his strength.
"Imagine if I had a real weapon," he said, bringing down his plank on the enemy yet again.
In the river near the lane, Urf the manatee was swimming gently when the fight broke out. He wanted to help Rammus, but he knew he wasn't strong enough to defeat Rengar and Jax on his own.
Then, he remembered something. He had seen a yordle earlier on trying to fix some sort of flying machine. "Maybe he'll help?" thought the kind manatee and began swimming in the yordle's direction. He swam quickly, hoping that the yordle would still be there.
And there he was. Corki was still trying to fix his gyrocopter, kicking it in desperation. Beside him, Blitzcrank (395 RP) danced the macarena.
"h4h4h4h4" laughed Blitzcrank, while doing some sweet dance moves.
"You're the worst support ever, you know that, right?" replied Corki, annoyed at the steam golem.
"h4h4h4h4"
"You know, maybe if you had pulled an enemy instead of that giant rock, my vehicle wouldn't be ruined right now!" yelled Corki, dropping his tools.
"Corki," interrupted Urf, coming out of the water, "I need your help..."
Meanwhile, Rammus was getting worn down. He had tried using his ultimate power, tremors, but his foes has too much magic resistance.
"Just wait till our leader gets here," said Rengar while a smile, baring his fangs. He wouldn't let that guy get the kill, of course. He needed more teeth for his necklace.
Suddenly, a shadow flew over Rengar and Jax. They looked up and saw a shadow dropping bombs on top of them.
Corki was now riding Urf (487 RP). He landed beside the foes and began firing his gatling gun and fish bombs, while Urf threw spatulas at them. They hadn't been expecting this at all, so they were hit by all the attacks that Corki and the manatee tossed at them.
Corki and Rammus were now sure that they had the upper hand, when suddenly a white/yellowish magical ball fell right on top of them. Corki and Rammus now felt slower than before.
The leader of the enemy team, Galio (440 RP) had just arrived. There was a gust of wind under him, which made him fly quite fast towards them.
"We are outnumbered again," said Corki.
"That's not true," replied the manatee that he was riding, "I'm fighting too."
Corki smiled, but he knew that they were probably going to lose anyway.
"Fight till the end!" The yordle yelled with a battle cry and opened fire on his gatling gun, sending bullets everywhere.
"Ok," replied Rammus and began attacking as well.
Galio then flashed right in the middle of them. Corki's eyes opened wide, he knew what this meant.
What followed was something no one actually expected. Rammus taunted Galio at the exact same time that he cast his ult.
Rammus's taunt meant Galio had to attack him, while Galio's ult made him a statue and made Rammus attack him.
The coding in the game was not meant to handle this, so a black hole opened in the middle of the fight.
First, Rammus and Galio were swallowed, then the ground nearby, then Rengar, Jax, Corki, the river, the trees, the golems in the jungle...
In less than a minute, all of summoner's rift had been swallowed by this black hole. Leaving nothing behind.
Just an empty, silent void.
The legend says that, in some dark nights, you can still see Blitzcrank's spirit dancing the macarena and laughing at Corki's misfortune.
