Sometime during the fall of ancient Rome, Noxaura had gained possession of an egg. A year or so later, a dragon was born. Black as night with eyes that seemed to glow in the darkness, she named him Nightingale. He imprinted on her and has never left her side for more than a day or two, he follows her every command and they share a deep bond between immortals.
He is a massive, yet beautiful creature. His black scales cover the entirety of his body, making him appear sleek for arial flight. Nightingale measures to be around 30.48 meters (100 feet) in length from nose tip to tail tip, and 18.28 meters (60 feet) in height from the ground to the crest of his head. His wingspan reaches 22.86 meters (75 feet) from tip to tip, allowing him quick lift offs and easy maneuverablity in the air. Nightingale has never been weighed, though it is to be assumed he is around a ton, perhaps more.
Nightingale's natural armor has been reinforced by magical means, allowing the already powerful scales able to deflect blows from non human made weapons such as elven, dwarven, or witch forged blades. Arrows of both human, and non human forging are unlikely to pierce his armor due to the angle of the scales themselves. A spell that a witch cast upon him has made him able to absorb lower charged magic and reflect higher charged magic back onto the caster.

Normally summoned as a dark blue flame, Shadow Fire has the ability to burn through both organic and inorganic materials. It has the duel ability to, upon coming in contact with a humanoid, to activate the worst of one's memories and force them to relive it. Takes little to no energy.
