As we filed into the square I just so happen to be put on the left of Katniss. Effie starts and I space out. then I hear my name, "Daisy Everdeen!" Effie calls out. I freeze Katniss is puzzled. "Daisy?" I look for my 'mom' she has sorrow and regret all over her face. I slowly walk to the stage. Katniss is remembering. "next for the boys" Effie exclaims excitedly. " John Cadnaw!" Effie says. I don't know john. we shake hands. john is small and limp. He has big circle glasses and he's really skinny. we leave and I wait to leave because I have no family. Then the door bursts open to see my mother. my real mother. she is crying. Katniss walks in still astonished. Then, Prim. she looks scared. My mother hands me a panda pin.
