A rough knocking at the door, alerted Travis, Laurence, and Garroth, that someone wanted to be let in. They glanced at each other inquisitively, question marks a top their heads and quietly asking each other with similar looks, "Did you invite anyone?" In unison they shrugged, still confused as to who could be at their door. Another series of rough knocks and the all too familiar voice of the fiery blue-headed girl, "Travis! Laurence! Garroth! Dante! Zane! One of you open the door already!"

"Katelyn!" Shouted Travis in joyous glee. He climbed over the back of the couch, bumping into a small table that held a vase in his haste to open the door, and see the love of his life before him.

"Finally..." Katelyn muttered underneath her breath, shooting a reprimanding glare at Travis; Laurence and Garroth watching them from where they stayed seated on the couch.

The white haired boy laughed airily, sweating underneath Katelyn's intimidating gaze.

"Come in, come in!" He gestured, stepping to the side and allowing some space for Katelyn to bypass him.

She proceeded to slip off her shoes, putting them next to the pile of other shoes, surprisingly, neatly lined up against the wall. Katelyn was impressed, but that was only the entrance to the house. What horrors awaited her if she dared to step in farther?

"Katelyn...?" Zane's head popped out from the stairwell, his eyebrow arched in question as the blue headed girl beamed at him.

"Hey, Zane." She casually greeted him, shocking herself and the other boy's around them. When did their relationship become so close, that Katelyn could just address him without the urge to punch him?

"Uh, hey..." he too seemed a little - if not, a lot - distraught at her sudden appearance in the humble home that housed five boys.

Travis, Laurence, and Garroth, silently watched them, their eyes shifting from one person to the other in curious loops.

"So..." stepping down and revealing himself, Zane tilted his head to the side, like a curious dog, and asked the obvious question, "What are you doing here?"

Katelyn took a moment to eye his attire, which was different from the usual attire he would wear outside; it gave her time to also formulate a reason for her invasion. Zane wore a horizontally striped, black and white t-shirt, with a pair of denim jeans. His mask was on him as well, tied tightly behind his head and hiding anything from his nose and below. It was only a slightly altered appearance, as his sweater was also striped in the same fashion as his shirt, but it somehow made him look more... Approachable and comfortable. Katelyn rather liked that look on him.

"Well - "

"She doesn't need to have a reason to visit the all great and wonderful-with-the-ladies Travis!" Jutted in the white haired man, startling Zane and Katelyn from their conversation. Laurence and Garroth rolled there eyes from where they were, turning their backs on the trio and opting to watch television, now that Travis had interrupted the opposing opposites conversation.

Abruptly getting cut-off, Katelyn blinked incredulously at Travis, who had openly just boasted about himself, but as Katelyn eyed him a little longer, she noticed that his eyes had a certain sharpness to it. As if he were analyzing there conversation, in a way a scientist would while dissecting a frog. True, it was a largely known thing that Zane and Katelyn didn't get along too well - the whole thing with Jeffory being one of those reasons - but Katelyn had gotten to known Zane. A different side to him, that most other's probably - maybe except Aphmau, Garroth and Vylad, when they were younger also - didn't know.

He didn't play nice with other boys, and he would openly show his dislike towards certain things. His portrayed image of being evil, exceeded him, as he was a little bit of a sadist; laughing at other people's misery. And yet... He wouldn't intentionally harm anyone. Never had he voluntarily hurt someone, but his bluntness at certain times could startle one's self if they weren't used to his attitude yet.
