So long, and goodnight, so long, and goodnight, the lyrics played in the soft ending summer air.
I sighed as I watched the sun set. I had my beautiful girlfriend by my side on this beautiful night. We were on my front porch, sitting on the bench swing. I had my arm around her, while her head was laying on my shoulder.
She was leaving in a few hours to get on her flight to Salt Lake City. But we're not sad, there is such thing as FaceTime.
"Hey baby, will you miss me?" I heard her whisper. "Of course I will, why would you think not?"
"It was just a thought." She finished her words.
"Hey, do you wanna do something before we leave? Like go on a date, watch a movie-"
"You know, we haven't had sex yet." She whispered really quietly.
I let her words linger for a few moments. It was true. She was never ready. But I guess she is now.
She looked at me. Her eyes were a bit darker than usual. I kissed her, as soon as we connected, she kissed back.
We continued kissing. C was now sitting on my lap, her hands tangled in my hair. Meanwhile my hands were slowly growing down to her ass.
I realized some may start watching. I trapped her thighs and told her to jump through the kiss.
I picked her up and carried her in the house, to my room.
I set her down gently on the bed. She was underneath me, while I was on top. I looked at her. She was so, so beautiful. While thoughts about her beauty in every way shit through my head, I got to work.

"That was, never mind. When are we getting married?" C laughed and sighed and laughed at the same time. I guess I pleased her. Well. I too, was pleased.
I shut my eyes, smiling. I opened and looked at the time.
"C WE NEED TO GET DRESSED YOUR FLIGHT LEAVES IN 20 MINUTES!!!" I scream. We put on our clothes and grab some of her bags while she is checking off her mental list of things she needs to repack.
So after all that chaos, we rushed to the airport. When we entered the doors they were calling for her flight.
We got to security. We have each other a saddened look.
"Don't worry. I will call you right when I land. I love you with all of my heart. See you later!" C smiled and kissed me. She gave me a quick hug and made her way to security without looking back.
Well, at least she kept this situation happy. So if she is happy, I am happy.
