"Mom I'll be fine I promise" I tell my mom for the 100th time
"I know you will but I'm going to miss you! You won't even be in the same country as me" she cries
"It's only for a couple months I'll be back for thanksgiving I promise" I reassured her
"Ok sweetheart be safe I love you" she kisses my forehead
"I love you too mom now I got to catch my plane bye" I say as tears threaten to spill from my eyes
NOW BOARDING FLIGHT 260 TO SOUTH KOREA
A voice over the intercom calls
I walk towards the direction my flight is at but I stop and take one look back at my mom she is crying in tears I feel so bad for leaving her so doesn't have anyone but me my dad died a year ago in Afganistán he was a soldier and my sister moved to Canada and rarely visits us and now I'm leaving her to study abroad in Korea
I turn and keep walking and board my plane
Once I get on my plane I put my small bag I had with me in the compartment above my seat and sit down and put in my head phones and listen to my favorite group BTS it's a Korean pop group they are really good I love their songs I decided to take a nap I mean it is a long flight
A few hours later I wake up and we are still an hour away so I decided to watch some YouTube videos on my phone
After the hour was up we landed and I grabbed my bad from the compartment above my seat and got off the plane and walked to that rotating belt that has all the big luggage on it i see mine so I grab it and walk towards the lobby of the airport
I see a woman with a sign with my name on it so I walk towards her
"Amy?" She says with an accent
"Yes and you are?" I ask politely
"Min Jo you are going to be staying with me and my family will you are studying here" (note that I made up her name I don't know the name of anyone the BTS members parents)
"Oh okay" i say and grab my stuff and follow her to her vehicle
In the car she was telling me how her and her husband opened a restaurant (anyone have any idea who it is😏) and that she has to sons
We got to her house and she showed me to my room I unpacked all my stuff and I just laid on my bed then Mrs. Min Jo came in and told me that dinner was ready I haven't eaten since the morning in America which is like yesterday in Korea
When I went to the dinner table there were 3 people Mrs. Min Jo and an older man I am guessing to be her husband and a younger looking man which is probably one of her sons but i didn't see the other one there so I'm guessing he isn't here
I sat down in an empty seat next to the younger one
And Mrs. Min Jo introduced me to everyone
"Everyone this is Amy, Amy this is my son Park Jihyun and my husband Kim Juhyun"
(And yes I know they don't speak English this well but it's my fanfic I can do what I want)
"Hello everybody and Mrs. Min Jo didn't you say you have 2 sons?"
"Ah yes I did they other one is coming he was with his friends"
"Ah okay" we sat in silence and eat until the door unlock and through the door came
PARK JIMIN!!
"Hey sorry I'm late mom and who's this?" He said looking at me
"I.. I am umm I'm..." I try to say words but they won't come out
"That's Amy she will be staying with us she is studying abroad from America" Jimin's mom says saving me from looking even stupider than I already look
"And im Park Jimin"
"I know I've heard if your group BTS you guys are really good at singing"
"Oh thank you" he says and bows and takes a seat next to me
OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE IM SITTING NEXT TO THEE PARK JIMIN!!
