The Souls Between Us

Chapter 1: The metting

That day he was at school thinking about nothing, he was just watching through the window, he was watching the clouds that were passing by, suddenly he listens to a voice screaming:

— Mister Harrison, are you watching the sky again? STOP DOING THAT AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE CLASS.

Actually he was paying attention, the teacher was repeating the same thing over and over and that's why he didn't need to pay attention anymore.
He's very good with his grades, he usually gets A or A+ in every assignature and sometimes he gets B+.

When the class was over, Drake was going straight to the door to get out of the classroom and go to his house but he hit by accident a girl, he helped the girl to stand up, then the professor said:
- Oh , first you don't pay attention to my class and then you push a girl
- Wait I didn't mean to...- said Drake-
- Probably you don't mean to but now you are going to show our new student the school, no excuses, now go and show her the school.

Drake cannot say anything because that girl was super cute, he saw her and felt in love. The only thing that he said was "okay", yes he was nervous, he didn't know her but she was beautiful.

Well then, follow me, -Said Drake-
She started following him, they didn't say anything until they pass half of the school

-So... What do you like the most, -said Drake-
No, I'm not going to be your girlfriend if that's what you want.

Wait, how did she know he wanted something with her. The quickest thing that he can say was: NO I'm not in love with you, I just meet you. I'm not that kind of person that just saw someone and then wants to be her boyfriend or girlfriend.

-What's your name?, -Said the girl-
-Im Drake Harrison, what's your name?
-My name is Elaine Parks
- El-ai-ne?
- It's not my fault it's my parents fault, they are from far,far away.
- Where are they from?
- It's not important right now
-Okay
They started talking about their hobbies, the things they love, etc.
Actually they had a lot in common.

Oh well here's the end of our tour
-Said Drake-
-So where do you live, -Said Elaine-
-Umm. I'm just going to say that I take the 11 street bus.
-So lets walk home together, I live near there.
- Oh well then, lets go.
They walked home together, they only talked about the music they'd love, like: We the kings, Hozier and Owl City, they really love their music.

- Well it was nice to meet you, -Said Drake-
- Yes , it was
That was the first time they talked, they had a lot of fun talking, and now they are best friends.

While Drake was walking lonely the last miles to his house, he saw a light, it was from his house and it was a really weird light, it was a big green light, he never saw that light before.

He run into his house and he saw it, it was a portal, a really big green portal, he didn't want to touch it but he did. Then everything turned black...
