Chapter 4: You're A Scarecrow!

when I surfaced he was still laughing. "Oh, ha-ha, very funny, but I DID IT!" I said happily getting out of the lake and runing over to Kaka-sensei, I hi-fived him and smiled a proud smile, "You did, but actually I didn't expect to see you get it this fast, you're quite talented" He said. I tried it a few more times untill I got the hang of it and could do it almost perfectly. "Ok, now that you've got that done, quicker than expected, lets move on to the summoning jutsu" Kaka-sensei said. "Yayy!" I said happily "I wonder what it will be" "We wont know untill you try, like me, I summon ninja dogs" "Wow thats so cool!" "Yes, here I'll show you" He said as he did the hand signs, a little slowly so I could follow, 'Ok. Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, Palm On The Ground, got it' I thought as a puff of smoke came from the ground, 8 ninja dogs appeared, all with blue vests and leaf headbands, from where the summoning had taken place. "Ok Cyr this is Pakkun," he said pointing to a little brown dog with a lazy look on his face, he had his headband on the top of his head, the meatal plate sitting between his ears and bandages on his right front leg. "Yo" Pakkun said "Oh, so you talk" "This is Bull," he said pointing to the biggest dog there, he had a spiked collar and was all black, he wore his headband on his left front leg on his bicep area, he also had a serious look on his face. "Bisuke," He pointed to a small light brown dog with dark brown ears and paws and some kanji on his forehead, he had his headband around his neck like a collar. "Shiba," He pointed to a gray and white dog with a brown mohawk like hair style on his head and also his headband around his neck "Akino," He pointed to the dog infront, He was an orangish reddish color with white on his face and black glasses, he also had his headband around his neck "Urushi" He pointed to a light brown dog with a white underneath and muzzle, he also wore his headband like a collar, "Guruko" He said pointing to a light brown dog with a white muzzle and dark brown ears and visible wiskers, he wore his headband on his forehead, "And Usei" He said pointing to a brown dog with a white underside and muzzle who was wrapped in bandages from his head above his ears to the middle of his torso and his headband around his neck. "Wow you guys are so cool" I said with stars in my eyes as I went up to each individually and rubbed their bellies or scratched their ears. I continued jumping from dog to dog petting and playing with each of them "Are you ready to learn Cyr?" I stopped in the middle of scratching Bull's ears from sitting on his back while he was jumping around with the other dogs "Huh? Oh, yes" I said as I jumped off of Bull who gave me s sad look along with all of the others "Don't worry, we'll deffiantely play again soon" I said as I smiled and kissed each dog and waved bye as I ran over to Kaka-sensei. "Ready?" "Always" I said as I got my chakra flowing through my body in excitement 'I wonder what I'm going to get, watch this dad, I'll get something strong' I thought as I started my hand signs, Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, and slammed my right hand on the ground "Ninja Art: Summoning jutsu!" I said as smoke came from the ground I fell backwards on my butt waiting to see what it was. After the smoke cleared sitting there was two black ravens with a blue tint and red eyes around the size of pakkun. "Wow, Can you guys talk too, who are you?" "Well yea we can talk, can't all summons?" "Well I don't know this is my first time" "Oh well I'm Tore" Said the bigger of the two "And I'm Mass" Said the smaller one "Wow, I love you guys already, ravens are the best!! Are you guys all I can summon?" "Well thats something I would expect from someone from the Tori clan, Hey I see you have your dads chain" "What! You guys knew my dad?" "Yea, me Mass and my dad are his summons also, he got that chain from our dad, so where is he? Shouldent he be the one teaching you to summon us?" My face fell and I gripped the chain "Thats cool you guys were his summons too, but unfortunately he wont be summoning you anymore" "Oh why not, did he get lazy" Mass asked "Uh, no hes very far from being lazy, and I'd appreciate if you wouldn't talk about him like that anymore, unfortunately he was K.I.A. on his last mission yesterday, so hes not around anymore" "Oh, kid I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean anything by it, your dad was a good man" "I know, he was a hero, and still is my hero" I said to him with a sad smile "But anyway, I believe you can summon my dad too, try it out" Tore said "Ok, I will" I said "Ok for this one you'll probably need to put more chakra into it" Kaka-sensei said and I nodded and did as instructed. I could feel the chakra flowing through every pore in my body and I did my hand signs again "Ninja Art: Summoning Jutsu" I put all my effort in this and waited and nothing happened "Whats up Kaka-sensei?" "Well it seems you're not strong enough to summon something else, or big for that matter right now, but I'm sure you'll get there in the future" "I'll just have to keep working on it, but I now know I have enough power to summon you two" I said looking at Tore and Mass "Yes, and now you wield the power to summon us any time you need, or want for that matter, we just need to make a contract" Tore said "Right" I said and Kaka-sensei walked over to us with a scroll with things written on it, "Now Cyr, just sign this with your blood and they'll be yours to summon" "Ok" I said biting my thumb a bit and making it bleed then brought it to the scroll to sign it. "Now that you have signed the contract, we are now rightfully yours" Tore said happily and I smiled at him. "So now that you have it down, you guys can leave for now, I have other things I would like to teach Cyr today" Kaka-sensei said butting into our conversation. "Alright, give us a call when you need us Cyr" Mass said poofing away with Tore following his brothers example. "Ok, actually right now I want to teach you how to control your chakra so you can do this" Kaka-sensei said walking to the lake and, walked on the waters surface!! "Woah, thats so cool!" I said "Now focus your chakra in your feet and concentrate" He said and I tried it. The second I put my foot in the water it went under "Not enough" Kaka-sensei said, I took my foot out and tried again putting more chakra in my feet. I put my foot on the surface aand I could see the water rippling and splashing around my foot as it went in again "Too much" I extracted my foot and focused again and put my foot on the water this time it didn't sink "Perfect" I bravely put my other foot on ond I was on water "Now, walk to me" Kaka-sensei said from the middle of the lake "Ok!" I said as I slowly made my way over to him. I got there and was so happy that I did it that I lost my concentration and fell completely into he water. I swam to he surface to see a smirking Kaka-sensei "You lost focus" a tick mark found its way to my head "Thanks captain ovious" "I was only helping" "Listen Scarecrow! You can help by being quiet and not commenting on everything I do!" I yelled to him "Scarecrow?" "Thats what Kakashi means isn't it?" "Well, yes" I focused the chakra into my hands and tried to lift my self out, suprisingly it worked. I eventually got my self all the way out and stood up. "Good, now continue, next we climb a tree" Kaka-said smiling at me. "Ugh.." I said as I continued practicing.
