Where is my prescription?
Doctor docto-Maci's POV
"Ugh... I love Mondays!" I said with fake enthusiasm, slamming my hand on my alarm. As you can see, I am most definitely NOT a morning person... and hate Mondays. Some people may not like Mondays because of the amount of homework they get, or having to do work in general.
The only reason I hate mondays/school/hell is because (all of these things, but there's more), nothing ever happens there and no one ever notices me anyways, which I don't really mind. What I do mind however, is Mr. Reynolds always picking on that one student and that one student just so happens to be me.
So what if I fell asleep in class that one time? He would get mad at me if i didn't do my homework, which means I have no choice but to stay up late on my laptop just to make That douchebag happy. That is why I fall asleep in class almost everyday.I got up out of bed and almost fell to the floor at how tired and how much my feet ached, so I went to the bathroom to wash my face (with cold water) to wake me up a little. While I was drying my face with my towel, I heard my phone ringing:
All my life I've been good, but now i-i-i-i-i-I'm like what the he-
I rushed back into my room to answer my phone and saw that it was Naomi, my best friend EVER (And my only friend, but I didn't care, at least i have someone, right?).
"Hello?" I said into the phone.
"Hey Maci! Soooo, I HAVE to ask you something VERY important!" Naomi yelled through the screen, almost busting my eardrums.
"Should I be scared?" I said, sitting back on my bed.
"Hush up! I haven't gotten to the best part yet!" She practically screamed.
"Go on, and while your at it, DO YOU MIND BEING A BIT QUIETER!?" I said.
"Oh, sorry. Anyway, you wanna come to this party with me this weekend?" She said nonchalantly.
"Nope. I'm a nerd, remember?" I said, reminding her that I'm not as popular as her.
Naomi is beautiful and has pale pink coloured hair which is naturally wavy and had the most flawless figure and knows all of the new trends, whereas me, not so much.
If she thinks for one second that I'm going to a party, she has another thing coming!
"Not for long," she mumbled.
"What did you say?" I said.
"Oh! Nothing! Meet me at my house after school and I'll explain everything," She said, immediately ending the call
"But i- oh great, she's gone," I huffed as I began walking over to my closet
I slipped on a bright green baggy jumper that my grandmother had knitted me last year (jumper in media at top) and paired it with orange three quarter leggings and tried to brush my birdsnest I call my hair, ten minutes later I heard Naomi honk her car horn from outside so in the end, i thought: the heck with it, I'll just leave it. I threw my brush on my bed, grabbed my rucksack, jogged out the door and jumped into Naomi's car.
Yay, back to school again (note the sarcasm).
