Chapter Three

"Are you coming?" Said Lord Ortori

"Ukari where are you?" Takeo shouted

"Right here." She said while hiding behind Takeo's legs

"Oh, there you are. Come on Lord Otori wants to us his chambers."

"Ok."

"Find her?"      

"Yes" Takeo replied

"Let's go in then."    

Lord Ortori, Ukari, and Takeo walk in.

"This is beutiful. Haha" Said Ukari

"I know right, pookie?"

"Yea. Can we stay here Takky?"

"Well, how long do you want to stay?" I asked

"Whe..where's Fluffy? Takky where is Fluffy ?" She asked starting to cry

"He is right by you remember? " He replied

"You found him Takky!" Ukari exclaimed

"Yes I did." He said looking at Lord Ortori

"I wanted to ask you a question." Lord Otori said

"Yes. What is it?"

"Like I said your father wanted me to adopt you guys. So what do you think?"

"I never knew my father." Takeo replied

"Oh. Well that's unfortunate, he was a good man."

"Ukari what do you think?" Takeo asked

"Yes" she exclamed

"Then I am in too." Takeo said

"Then It is set. You both my now call be your father." he said happily "But first, I need to know a few things. Takeo, you're first. How old are you?"

"16" I said

"When is your birthday?" He asks

"June 21, 1827" Takeo answered

"What is your full name"

"Takeo Mercedes Takahashi"

"Now your sister. How old is she?"

"4"  Takeo replied

"Her birthday?" Otori questioned

"August 23, 1839" He replied

"What is her full name?"

"Ukari Marie Takahashi" Takeo answered

"Thank you. I know have full custody of both of you. Your new names are Takeo Mercedes Ortori and Ukari Marie Ortori. The rabbit needs to.."

"I don't think so." Takeo replied before he could finish

"Fine have it your way then. The rabbit can stay as long as it doesn't wonder around the castle. Got it?" Their new father said

"Yes." Ukari replied softly.

"Now to your rooms." They walked past 7 doors. Takeo was looking at everything, the designs on the doors to the tiles on the floor, to the vaulted ceiling.

"This is your room Takeo. And one door over is Ukari's room. There is also a door connecting the two." Otori tells them

"Thank you" Takeo said. He still can't get usued to calling him father or dad. It just feels weird on his lips and sounds funny to his ears. Ukari runs to her room, and he walks into his room. Their father, Lord Ortori follows him.
