Jade's POV

"Ouch!" I yelped. I suddenly felt someone pulling my hair. Curiosity got the better of me as I turned around to see who it was. It was Dinah, the strongest of her gang. "Hey there, loser! Did that hurt?" she raised an eyebrow and folded her arms. Ignoring her, I turned back to the book I was reading. "What a jerk!" I furrowed my eyebrows.

After 5 minutes, Mr Sylvester walked in. He has been my lecturer for what felt like my whole life, and he had never been fond of me since day 1. Throughout these years, nothing changed about him - his attitude, his looks or even his pen. His pen was very special to him for some reason. Nobody knew why though. Oh, and there was one more thing - his biasness. Whenever he like... had a crush on someone (unlike me) ,he would treat them as if they were queens or maybe something even better. I'm not saying I want to be one of them (okay maybe I am), but that is REALLY creepy.

Anyway, he started the class and as usual, I couldn't concentrate at all. Obviously, it was because of the four girls behind me - Dinah, Lauren, Camilla and Normani. They kept gossiping to each other about me, and throwing staple bullets at me. They did that EVERY SINGLE FRIGGIN' DAY. And each time I stood up, the staple bullets would rain down. Literally.
