"THERE'S ANOTHER ONE?!" Benny Weir x Reader

I'm Freakin' Spider-Man!

Rory's POV
"Come on! Where is y/n?!" I said, sitting in my room. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I peeked out the door. "Y/n! Where have you been?!" I whisper yelled at her. I pulled her into our room.
"Why were you whispering?" She asked; smiling ear to ear.
"Uh- mom and dad are asleep!" I had to tell them you took an early nighter so you wouldn't get in trouble!" I said back to her. "Also...why are you smiling ear to ear?" I asked. Then I realized something, the first time I kissed a girl I smiled for six hours straight.

"DID YOU AND BENNY KISS?!?!" I asked smiling.

She nodded rapidly. I screamed like a girl and jumped up and down. Y/n looked at me weird.

I calmed down and looked at her, "Get some sleep Minnie." That's what I call her because she was born 5 minutes after me.

Your POV
I went into my room in a daze. I know we kissed before, but it seems Benny kinda forgot about it. Plus, this one was really... romantic and better. I took a shower and. Blow dried my hair, and washed my face.

I plopped down on my bed and thought about Benny. What happened? He was so open at first but then became kinda shy.... huh. That's weird... I went into Rory's room.

"Rory? What does it mean when a guy is really open and flirty at first but then he's really shy?" I asked him.

"Well, usually it means he was just a little into you at first, but then either got really into you or is in love with you. Why?" He answered cluelessly.

"No reason." I said and wandered back to my room.

I sat down on my bed once more and got butterflies in my stomach as the answer Rory gave me sank in. I smiled, hugged my pillow, and kicked my legs as I thought about it.

I went on my phone and found a picture I had taken of Benny, Ethan and I. I zoomed in on Benny and just stared at the picture. And that's the last thing I remember.

My eyes fluttered open as I had a dream about dead animals that had been brought back to life and were demon animals. Weird dream. More like a nightmare.

I got out of bed, went into the bathroom and brushed my hair. I threw on a white Fantastic Four tee shirt and a blue zip up hoodie and some black ripped jeans. I put on a cute black choker with a star charm on it.

I did my makeup, light blue eyeshadow glitter. Not very heavy or opaque, just so you could see it if it hit the light correctly. I also put on black shimmery eyeliner with slight wings. I also did some slight contouring.

Why am I doing my makeup so different today... oh yeah... I wanna look good for Benny!

I went down stairs and grabbed a granola bar and ate it while I sat on the couch. After that I grabbed my bag and went outside. When I got out there, I saw Benny waiting for me by our fence.
"Hey Benny!" I said.

Benny's POV
"Hey Benny!" I heard y/n's beautiful voice. I looked up from leaning against her fence and smiled. Today I decided to wear a black and red striped shirt and jeans today. I noticed y/n looked more done up than she usually does.

"Looking extra done up today. What's the occasion?" I asked as she put her phone in her bag.

"Oh! It's uhm..." she but her lip and blushed a bit. "It's for a boy I like." When she said that, I felt a pain in my chest. She likes someone else? I almost teared up but I blinked it back. "Really? Uh...who's that?" I asked.

"I can't tell you, but you do know him." She said. Ethan? Jesse? Who else do I know? James?
"Benny?" I heard y/n talking. I looked at her. "I'm sorry. What?" I asked her.

"I asked if you were going to Ethan's after school today?" A nodded blankly. "Are you okay Benny?"

"Uh... Sorry. Girl I liked likes someone else." She nodded.
"Oh sorry..." she said. Good. She didn't catch on. Y/n and I talked for a bit and waited for Ethan when we got in front of his house.

Once he got out he looked at y/n. "Experimenting with makeup and jewelry today, are we?" He asked her, starting to walk.
"It's for a boy she likes." I said with a fake smile. Ethan's eyes widened and he looked like he felt bad for a minute, then he did a nervous smile, "oh really? D-do we know him?"

"Yep! Both of you do!" She said smiling. "And if you don't, that's just sad." The only other person I can think of is Rory, but that's her brother and I can't believe I actually thought of that. It's not Jesse...is it? Or maybe it's James? No.... haha. Jesse or James. Jesse James. I made a funny.

"Seriously, Benny are you okay?" Y/n asked. She looked at him, holding on to the straps of her backpack.

"Yeah I uh......" I thought of an excuse. "I wonder if with your mimick powers you can imitate superheroes. Like, the flash, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, or... oh! BATMAN!"

"Oh or wolverine! Or Spider-Man! Or HULK! Actually... scratch that last one.

She stopped by a tree, thinking about it. There was a long silence. "What are you-" I started.
"Shhh!" She cut me off. "I'm trying tithing of Spider-Man!" She said. Ethan and I exchanged a "is she actually gonna try it?" look. She opened her eyes and they were red. I guess that's what happens when she imitates people. She put her hands and a foot on the tree, and slowly started to climb up, not using any grip at all. Once she got to a limb a little higher, she sat down. She opened her mouth in a wide smile. "I'm freakin' Spider-Man!" Y/n said.

"It fucking worked!" She yelled. Ethan and I stood there smiling open mouth smiles. She "web slinged " to a higher branch and lowered herself down.

"Holy shit! That was so cool!" Ethan yelled.
"Hell yeah!" I said.

During chemistry, we had to make a chemical reaction and we were all given different instructions. Mr. Grey must not have looked them over because ours was supposed to vibrate in an industrial chemical mixing machine thingy for 6 days!

I was about to tell Mr. Grey but y/n stopped me. "Remember that scene from The Flash where he used his super speed to vibrate his test tube for his forensic science?" She asked.
"Yeahhh.... What's your point?" She gave me a 'really?' look. "Ohhhhh! I see!" I said, remembering what we did this morning. She looked around to make sure no one was looking, then she started vibrating the test tube. After a few seconds she stopped.

"It worked!" She said. We continued to follow our instructions. When we were done, we had Mr. Grey check our work.

"Good job kids! A for both of you!" He said to us. "Take out other work or talk quietly amongst yourselves until the rest of the class is done." We nodded and talked.
"Dude! We should totally try out other super powers after school!" She said to me, excited.

"Yes, we should! But first!" I started. "You should get us takeout for lunch today. Since you can run so fast."
