"Y/N!" You hear your boyfriends voice echo through the school hallway.
You turn around with a smile, facing Grayson and all his football friends.
"Gray!" You say and he smiles, holding out his hand for you to take.
You happily intertwine your fingers and he gives you a light kiss on the lips, making all his friends laugh and you blush.
At first, you weren't sure if dating the star of the football team was a good idea. But in reality, you're head over heels for him. He was so charming and sweet, under all that ego of his. You hope that everything goes well with this relationship, but you had to admit that it did scare you that there were so many other girls he could so easily leave you for.
"You good?" He asks, nudging you a little bit.
You nod and give him a small smile, "I'm fine."
"Are you sure?" He asks, raising his eyebrows at you.
"Yup! I'm fine." You reassure him and he narrows his eyes at you, but doesn't ask you any more questions, "I'll see you at lunch?" You ask and he nods,
"For sure. I'll see you then, babe." You automatically smile at the new nickname he gave you, giving him a quick kiss on the lips. As you enter your class, you notice almost every girl was staring at you with envious eyes but you try and ignore them.
When the bell that signaled the end of class finally rang, you rushed out of the room and headed toward the cafe.
You really wanted to get to Grayson as fast as possible because, as crazy as it sounds, he made you feel protected.
What you saw when you approached the lunch room didn't really shock you.
You saw Grayson leaning against a locker with two girls by his side, doing what seemed to be chatting them up.
"Oh my god," You mumble and turn on your heel, fast-walking towards the nearest exit.
"Shit," You hear Grayson mumble.
"So much for not being noticed," You think as you attempt to escape.
"Hey! Y/N!" You hear him yell after you, and not soon after you were pulled back and pinned against a locker.
"Grayson, let go." You struggle to get out of his strong hold, "I get it, i'm not like those perfect skinny cheerleaders. It's fine, I'm good. Just go back to attempting to get in their pants. I should have known-" You ramble on and on but he interrupts you.
"Woah," He presses one of his hands against your mouth, making you stop talking, "Calm down, okay? They came up to me."
You try to speak but he doesn't allow it.
"Don't be angry, okay?" He says with pleading eyes, making you give into his cuteness. You nod and he smiles, removing his hand, "What's been bothering you all day?"
"I don't know..." You sigh and decide to tell him the truth, "I've just been scared..."
"Scared about what?" He asks, still pinning you against the lockers.
"Scared that you'll leave me for one of those pretty cheerleaders." You say as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Don't be ridiculous, Y/N." Grayson says, taking your face in his hands, "You're much prettier then them."
You blush and look away, crossing your arms. You still weren't convinced.
He takes our face in his hands and looks you in the eye, "You're my girl, Y/N, nothing could change that."
You look him in the eye and smile, leaning in for a long, passionate kiss.
When you two finally broke apart you both had wide grins on your face. You felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off your shoulders, and the best part was you still had Grayson.
a/n -- ahhhhhh bad ending but still ADORABLE.
